My Wife sent me to Michaels because I had several different things I needed for a project. Got everything I needed and discovered their custom framing and at a great price. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and personable.

I love Michaels. My only complaint is that it is a close fit in the store. They keep the store clean and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. I could spend hours there!!

Need a better selection of yarn. Especially baby yarn and colors. Store needs tidying up and an obvious area for items on clearance. The employees are polite but could use a little training in being more kind and count change back like people did in the last century.

Theres no customer service on the floor, only two people ringing people up, half the shelves werent stocked. The people are very friendly though and I enjoyed shopping there.

Was a little disappointed in the variety of products. Didnt have either thing I was looking for and it seems like maybe their prices have gone up. Overall, I do like to shop here because they do carry some things that I cant find elsewhere. If you use the coupons, it helps.

GREAT crafts store. Only visit every few months as is over a 2 hour drive to and from my home to store. Always have the products I’m looking for. LOVE the discounted grab bags.

It was so much fun for my four-year-old granddaughter and me to come in . we found quite a few crafts for 4 year olds that we can do together and I was blown away at the reasonable prices. The cashier took time to help me pull up discounts on my phone and she was a sweetheart to do that! I love Michaels!!!

This is our go-to craft supply store and its always well stocked and staffed.We like to buy frames here, and they always seem to have the odd sizes we need for our quirky household art!As of late, the floor space has been increasingly given over to bits of wood with Family and other such slogans rather than craft supplies. A fad, but probably a profitable fad.Parking is never a problem and its right next to lots of other stores you may wish to visit.

Good place to find everything craft related. Employees are always friendly and willing to help you save a buck with a coupon or two. Youll need more than a coupon or two to shop here, as everything is very very pricey. The quality of everything bought here is good enough, but still not worth the price.

This store is amazing! Great customer service and great deals and coupons with the app and rewards program! Would recommend becoming a rewards member to anyone, even if you do not go often!

Great frame shop with good service. I had something framed there 5 years earlier and it shifted in the frame during a move. They resecured it, good as new, at no charge and with a smile. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for framing and in the rest of the store.

Lots of sales making items affordable. Many employees were visible and available to help.

The store has a nice selection. Great Christmas stuff to choose from along with great gift ideas. I was very surprised at the quality selection they had. The silk flower selection is amazing. They have scone great photo albums, frames and more for scrapbooking. I went looking for buttons though and I was really sad to see the tiny selection they had. I wish there was more button styles to choose from.

Spent just short of 400 dollars with some framing sale they had going on to have a jersey framed, had to take it back the next day as the jersey had fallen in the frame. One year later same frame had warped matting and trim pieces inside the frame had fallen. Item was inside an air conditioned home, no reason other than poor workmanship. Would not recommend spending your money here even with a discount, you’ll spend more in the long run getting it fixed.

Store either did not carry or I could not find 2 papercrafting tools I was looking for. There were very few paper punches. Store was very clean and aisles were very neat.

Michaels is magnificent for crafts and activities. They do offer onsite classes such as wreath making but, you do need to confirm dates and times first. The store is large and well laid out. The staff that I met were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great selection and staff is always friendly but it takes forever to get waited on at the register. There is never more than one cashier working at any time of the day or day of the week. And then every customer has to go thru the rewards member questions and then proceed to sign up for it taking even more time. And then it seems that every customer thinks the time to try and decide what they want is when the cashier is ringing up their purchases....Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes to check out due to all of the wasted time that goes on at the cash register.

They have a wide selection. They have things I have not found in other stores.

The customers were very friendly and quick to help! The store was very clean however it was hard to get a buggy around. Nearly everytime I stopped to look, I had to move so an employee could get their ladders, etc through. They were doing resets it appeared but I would say they should be doing this at a later or earlier time rather than mid day when the store is pretty busy.

I mean, is part of their sales model always having 10 people in line ahead of you and only one register open? I feel like Ive never not waited in line at Michaels. Its also turn into more of a craft store like hobby lobby, lots of glitter and scrapbook paper kits, and less of an art supply store. Dont go here for actual art supplies.

Love this store has items other craft stores do not have. Scanners through out store in case you want to know sale prices.
