Nathan and his team were outstanding. They were pleasant to deal with and had my car diagnosed and fixed much quicker than I expected. They were more than fair with the price (a much better deal than other shops). I will trust them with all my repair needs going forward.

Totally recommend Autoproz, great staff very professional and polite. They were life savers.....we were heading home from a family trip. When our van started acting up in the middle of the highway. We came out on the nearest exit. After stopping at couple auto shops where we were told they couldnt help us bc they were booked/short on staff. We got to Autoproz, where luckily they were available and made it their priority to help me and my family get back on the road. Cant thank them enough for their effort and kindness.

I had to check recently bought car and see if it has any problems. They told me the car was in great shape and was a steal. They didn’t even charge me for the checkup. That’s top notch customer service. Definitely coming back here to get final check before I leave Blacksburg.

If youve ever been in a spot where your vehicle breaks down out of nowhere you can imagine the frustration when my engine wouldnt turn over at the end of a long day. I needed immediate work done and had it towed to Autoproz. I was met with really really kind and informative staff (either Nick or Nate) who repaired my vehicle and had it out by the end of the day. Hands down best experience Ive ever had with a garage. The lobby looked sharp and theyre also a Virgina inspection station. From here on out I will bring any auto work to these guys. I couldnt be happier.

Nathan Alls is an excellent manager who treats people well and with respect. Their service is straightforward, professional, and timely, but most of all, they are honest and they stand by their work. I highly recommend them!

Nathan is AWESOME. He should be awarded a costumer service EMMY. They always work with our schedule. Dropping off early in the morning picking up at the end of the day. They go above and beyond. We have an older model car and helped us get the parts we needed. If anyonenis looking for a mechanic that is reliable and good, we always recommend Auto Proz. The staff can not manage their time to serve customers!We went back and forth three times to the store for just a simple oil change. They are careless in giving appointment to customers!

I cannot express how kind and professional this place is. I thought they were scamming me (as unfortunately females often are in the car world), but when I brought my car in for explanation, they were so incredibly nice! They could have been hateful and cold, but instead they showed me kindness and even understood why I was worried. I was wrong, and I apologize for assuming the worst. What can I say, Brother Nathan, Stella job and you have definitely earned my business ty. Contacted facilities to price what I thought my issue was and was advised before buying the part let them take a look to make sure it’s the right fix instead of just allowing me to throw monies at it. Dropped my vehicle off and I must add received a very warm greeting from Nathan, it was almost as if I was dealing with a family member lol. Received a call two hours later with good news !! Issue found !!! And fixed !!! Even received a detailed education on the issue and what caused the issue in addition he advised me about a potential issue in the future. Getting that fixed Monday. Guys Autoproz is the real deal. Not to mention the super competitive pricing. Again,ty, Nathan for the outstanding experience.

Oil change and grease experience from hell... Oil was over full by 1 qt and none of the grease zerks were touched.Returned for correction, 2 days later got my car back and the grease zerks still not touched.Back for third time, apparent the shop just did not care and it showed in the work. It may be just a car, but its my car.
