The associates were super kind and helpful, and really helped me out picking things out where Im really new. 10/10

I highly recommend Mara she was spot on. Answering ALL my questions.. Kalynn was great to.. I was impressed because she was so honest... if she didnt no the answer. She asked Mara..team player... she is new.. I have had alot of trouble with sales people guessing...both girls have a very good future ahead of themselves

I used to shop at this store all the time and I can not believe how downhill it has gone. Sent my sister with a list of things to pick up, she was confused and needed help the lady seemed helpful enough but had absolutely no product knowledge or knowledge about hair color at all. Had to do a return and go to cosmoprof. If you know what you need I say it would it would be done but if you need help do research because they have no clue what they are doing.

Always excellent friendly service. A pleasure to shop there.

I had to change my review because people need to know. This place has been a mess ever since Tina and Eerin left. The store is an absolute mess, the floor is disgusting, there is truck that looks like it has not been put away for weeks. The new manager, I think his name was Bradley, is unfriendly and likes to gossip about the people that used to work here. If you need to, make the trip to the radford store.

Great products,but lady working there didnt know what I needed for my hair told me the wrong product to buy and ended up going back 4 times in one weekend. 🙄
