This is a large store offering a wide variety of nice brands of shoes and accessories. The store was very clean and tidy and the workers do not hound you too death, they ask politely if you need any help and then let you shop. Only issue I found was the low number of size 12 and 13 mens shoes available. Most men wear these sizes and they missed out on a sale due to that reason. The bogo is a great money saver as well.

Large selection of kids shoes with most sizes in stock. We had shopped at three other shoes stores and Rack Room is the only one who had the sizes in stock we needed. Shoes are good quality name brand at affordable prices.

Shoes are well organized with a large selection ranging from child to adult. I have been able to find shoes there, which is usually a challenge for me (size 14). While most times, when looking for shoes, I am limited to 1 or 2 pair to choose from (if said store even has ANY in my size), I had several options. Staff at the store greeted us when we walked through the door and immediately asked if they could help us locate a particular style, size, etc. Great overall experience!!

This place has so many different shoes. It has just about something for everyone. No matter what style your bound to find your shoes here. However it is a little pricey

My wife and I visited here to shop for her a pair of shoes to wear to work, as they had to be a specific style of shoe, and the selection was pretty good! They were also offering a very good buy one get one 50% off deal on most of the shoes in the store as well.. friendly staff, good selection, and good deals.. my only complaint is the price of the socks.. my wife found a pack of 6 pair of socks she liked, and as I looked back at the receipt, I noticed that they were $20!! That is half the price of the shoes she picked out, so I feel that is very excessive lol. Other than that, I reccomend this shoe store to anyone, and give it 4 stars

U have a customer for life....I am an over the road trucker and find it difficult​at times to get into malls to shop. But I went to this store on my off time and purchased 2 pairs a aandal and a pair of Vans.last month well my puppy promptly atey sandals and the Vans blew out on the side.all within a month or so.But as I am limited on space I dont save boxes. So I went to this store on a whim with no receipt or boxes explained my unique situation and the staff here exchanged the Vans and I bought another pair of sandals all for under $20...I will be buried in a pair of shoes bought from Rack Room Shoes Christiansburg Va.Thank You John C.
