No hidden fees associated, fair one option prices and great inventory. I paid to have an inspection from Skye Performance. Highly recommend them as well. Honestly, can’t say enough about this purchase and the way I was treated. They arranged for me to come in on a day they are typically closed because of my availability and the van was everything they said. Straight forward and honest are two things you just don’t find anymore especially when purchasing a car. I’ll be back and buy from them again.

Bought a JDM car (Suzuki Cara) from David Crawford here. Probably my best interaction with a car dealership ever. David was responsive and answered any questions and concerns. The process of buying here is pretty simple, quick and easy even though Im not even in the area. I would not hesitate to buy from them again if I see something that catches my eye.

Mike at Duncan imports has been fantastic to work with from my first initial inquiry to purchasing my dream landcruiser. He answered every question I had and have. The price was fantastic and the quality was better than I even expected. I flew in to Nashville to pick it up and drove it through the mountains 4 hours back to Atlanta and it was amazing the whole time. I would not hesitate to purchase another import from them and they are my first place to refer to people looking for imports. The people pride them selves on unique quality cars and doing good honest business, something I can respect.

Their cars are generally way overpriced, but the trade-off is convenience. Their sales team, however, has made purchasing a car from them anything but convenient. Im a serious buyer with cash in hand looking to buy two cars for my business. I messaged them about the cars I wanted two months ago--whenever I send an email to ask follow-up questions about the car, they take at least 4-5 days to get back to me, and usually only after I remind them about my message. Maybe theyre actually so busy selling cars for thousands above fair value that they dont need anymore business--if so, good for them. The only reason I attempted to buy my cars here was to save the time of importing them from Japan, but since Ive already wasted two months corresponding with their sales team, Im clearly better off spending my next month importing my cars instead.

Just bought a Japan import land cruiser from Duncan and, as my first time buying a car I havent seen, everything went VERY smoothly.Lucas was super helpful from day 1, all the way until I received the car at my house.Great experience overall, super happy with the car.

Buyer take time to understand what you are buying and its implications as it relates to age. You are buying a 25 year old or older vehicle.

They work with you - great team there in the Nashville office - worked well with Lucas Norman and Mike Bass - Bought the car sight unseen; and the car was as advertised - top shelf and the cars are quality.They really stay in touch with you during the transaction and seriously a wonderful buying experience. I emailed this dealer to inquire about a car. I asked if I could be provided with pictures of certain areas like under carriage, motor compartment, and the trunk lid (same pictures every other car has on the site). David promptly gave me number to reach him at. I called and asked if I could get these pictures I mentioned in the email. He double checked stock number and saw there weren’t any. He said I could pay for a pre purchase inspection and those photos would be provided to me. Needless to say, I am not paying a pre inspection for a car I’m not sure I want to buy. Every other vehicle I saw on the website had those specific photos I requested taken like the norm. It is odd to me that the one car I might buy does not have these photos. These are important photos to include IMO when you have out of state inquiries. Was hoping to not have to give a low rating as I was excited they had the car I have been looking for since the other dealer they have I live close to doesn’t. Hope everyone else has a better experience.

I cannot say enough about how great these people treated us! My wife and I drove up from Alabama to purchase a Toyota Prado for her mail route. We ended up changing our minds and going with a Mitsubishi Pajero after they had already started paperwork and taken the Toyota for inspection. Gerry was so good about making sure that we saw everything they had to offer and were happy with our purchase. Definitely worth the drive, and well be back again in the future.

I recently purchased an RX7 from Duncan Imports and would like to share my opinion about the team. I worked with David Crawford over the phone as I am out of state, and he was kind enough to provide me additional photos and information about the car as well as able to pick up and deliver the vehicle for a PPI. The only issue I had with the PPI is I followed the dealers recommendations for this based on their options on their website and I feel there could be much better people for the job.I eventually went up to see the car and it was exactly as stated. After dropping over there break taking collection I was on my way home on my 300 mile journey. Unfortunately the car broke down on the way an it took me 10 hours to finally get back home. After doing some research I found that my recent purchase was plaqued by the common internal rust issue found on rotorys causing overheating and coolant consumption. The fix is an engine replacement.I called David and he setup a conference call with the owner Gary Duncan where we discussed the issues I was having. The dealership had no requirement or warranty offered on a 25 year old rx7, but the integrity of the people working there as well as Gary himself offered to right the situation, not from a warranty standpoint, but in pure good faith.With the assistance of David, Gary, and back office assistance Jerry, they were able to make a disappointing and financial hardship into one where even after all the issues I still come back, buy again, and recommend them if you are ever in the market for a JDM vehicle. The integrity if the people all the way to the ownership cannot be thanked enough.You are in good hands if you are looking to buy a JDM vehicle. I wouldnt even consider any other dealer when Im inevitably in the market again for another JDM weekend car.

Wanna give 5 stars but Im a bit conflicted, was interested in a car they had, made the call to them and they were delightful to deal with. However I opted to get a pre purchase inspection and the shop I had brought it to (forgot the name of the place but it was one of their recommended shops) and they said everything checked out fine, which was quite wrong, after getting the vehicle home I put it up on a lift and found a major oil leak from the crank seal onto the exhaust manifold along with other minor leaks that werenot mentionedto me. Duncan has a great staff, amazing service and selection but be careful of their pre purchase inspection shops.

Wanted to make a purchase here but they’re too busy here to find out info on the cars they’re selling. They want you to pay 135 dollars for a pre inspection before they help you out to. Oh well they don’t owe that to potential customers I suppose.

I just purchased an 89 Delica from Duncan Imports, working with David Crawford. I came into this very green, and was initially intimidated by the thought of buying an imported car. A few days later, I am driving my Delica and couldnt be happier. They were communicative, honest, and easy to work with. They set everything up to be seamless, and even helped set up the transportation to have the car shipped to me. I was expecting my car maybe a week later, and they called me the next day saying it was on a truck and Id have it that day. The van arrived, and was everything I hoped for. Runs great and was provided temporary tags and all the things I needed to get going. So happy with my purchase, was easier and more enjoyable than any car experience I have had. Nevermind the satisfaction getting into my RHD van every day now :) 10 out of 10

This place left me dumbstruck. Wow, wow, wow. Over 800 vehicles and many good classic daily drivers. They have a ton of great Japanese vehicles from what is being recognized as the golden age of these vehicles. I am coming back and hopefully with cash to buy something wonderful. Great folks who really welcomed us. We spent at least three hours here and had so much fun we forgot to eat lunch! I am not kidding. I highly recommend you take a visit here but dont pass it around too much. We Japanese car aficionados need to keep this one for ourselves.

I bought a right hand drive JDM car here. The customer service is amazing, regardless of how booked they may be. The Email replies dint take too long. Any information that you may need to inquire about the car you are looking at will be met. (Either over the phone or email or in person) Met with great confidence and honesty. If you need to know something, just ask.An impressive inventory of cars. If you live nearby and want to go pick a car up, its worth the trip to drive there and haul it yourself. Or drive it back. Find a car you like, give them a call and go. Happy shopping!!!

They have a huge collection of about 900 cars. Some are antiques, others rare models, unusual modifications and cars from as far back as the 50s with under 100 original miles. Most are under roof and the visitor is free to do a self guided tour most days except Sundays.

Great experience shopping for a good truck at the right price. Bud, my sales rep was not only very honest and down to earth, he was also very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Duncan and Bud.

Love this place. More weird Japanese domestic market stuff than you will find ANYWHERE else in the US, but also a ton of really obscure and cool American cars. Low mile Pacers, Gremlins, AMC galore and plenty of BIG cars which I love; Cadillac Eldorados, Buicks, you name it.Will be back and will buy when I see what I want.

I bought there Toyota Sera. They gave me heads up on every detail that might be an issue, they where upfront with the cost and fees. My experience with them was leagues ahead of my previous experience buying vehicles. Though do be wary when buying a Import car as by nature you have less info on the car you are buying, that is not the fault of the importer though and I would throughly recommended Duncan Imports.

If you are even remotely interested in classic cars, this is an unbelievable experience that should not be missed. Pictures on line do not do it justice....must be seen to be appreciated. Have never seen anything like it.
