Customer Service was great!!! Found things easily and was very happy with the selection. The only thing, I spent over 2000.00 and you wanted to charge me a large amount on delivery. I feel if you spend “X” amount on new furniture delivery fee should be waived. No matter the miles. Also, I think waiting for almost 3 weeks for my furniture to come in is a little long to wait. I was very happy with the warranty they offered me as well.

Bought a bed set early 2019, to my surprise this week I was sleeping on the left side of the bed, when I heard a crack, while checking from where the crack came, I discovered that base left side is completely broken and to make it even worse, it’s not solid wood, it’s actually compressed paper and sawdust!!!Complete waste of value and money!!!

The staff was wonderful!! I needed a couch for my son and they went above and beyond to assist me! This was a phone-in order and they allowed me to purchase the floor model so that I could have what I needed in time! Worked with both Rachel and Mike and they exceeded the customer service offered by other businesses. Outstanding place to do business with and I would use them again without hesitation!

I took my elderly client in and she purchased a bed. The one she wanted was marked unsellable. They told her oh no its fine you can buy that one. She purchases it. When her son unloads it, he notices tons of cracks and it snaps in half when he unloads it. She calls and is told you bought it as is, nothing we can do. They knew this bed should not have been sold and yet they sold it to her anyway. She has been a loyal customer but will not step one foot inside that store again.

They put it ads that dont apply, finance dept is very rude,I will never go there again.

Schewel Furniture is my go to place when I need furniture or appliances. I have a futon that still works well after 15 years. The same with a Fridgedare refrigerator. Still works wonderfully.The administration people are very nice and understand if you are having a financial situation. They will work with you to get the payments where it good for you. Communication is the key to them working with you.I highly recommend Schewel to get your good credit history started.

Was in the store trying to buy a mattress, and they sold it over the phone to somebody else before I could find a sales person to tell them I wanted it.

My sales consultant Brandon was awesome. He helped me and wasn’t too pushy! I gave him ideas of what I was looking for and he gave me several options. I was only looking for a bed and a dresser and left with the entire bedroom set because it was a great price! Can’t wait until my order comes in. Go see Brandon he will get you right!!

Bought 2400 Sofa and chair and kitchen island stand. The sofa was delivered June 2020. In August The electronic went out of left side of sofa. They would not replace it until they tried to fix it and it can not be fixed. It took them 6 weeks her in part the guy who came to put metal brackets in November said motor broken. He did not check it 1st of September when he came to doagnose problem. Then he did not put bracket in that day and said he would order it. motor. I called the store they had motor at store came up next day and tried to fix it it didnot work. Finally replacing it but will December before they get the sofa from mfg. don’t fall for their sales gimics or sales. Quality not there

My wife and had pleasant time looking for the right living room set for our den. Our sales lady was very professional and, unlike some sales people, was not pushy. She gave us plenty of breathing room so we could look and discuss w/o feeling pressured.

Went in to Shewels to buy couches, found a set I liked and then was talked into a warranty, which make since it has motorized parts. Had enough to pay off the couches and warranty. The guy who was helping us brought up “what about a coffe table set” so we looked at the options but wasn’t really finding anything we liked. Eventually we were shown one that would match and talked into getting it along with couches, they said we could finance it and I told them that worried me because this is happening during covid and I wasn’t sure I would able to do the payments. So I asked to put them on a separate ticket from the couches and was told it would be a better idea to put it on the same ticket so the warranty would cover the table set to, I kept insisting I wanted it separately and in the end was promised that if it came down to having to take them back that the tables would be taken back and not my couches.... so I agreed and now am screwed because apparently I own the tables since they are lesser value and they want 1 of the couches. I paid $2,500 that day.. only owed a little over $500 left...they have lost my business forever.. and all my families buisness, nothing but a bunch of crooks....

I had a wonderful visit and I left mostly satisfied. My salesperson, Rebecca, was very patient with me as I made my decisions and asked questions. I would’ve given five stars but I can’t get installation service with my delivery because of Covid-19. Now, I have to figure out how to get my bedroom furniture upstairs and put together. Bummer!

Purchsed a recliner as a birthday gift. Was told the one I wanted was on a PO and advised it was due in on sept. 19th but not updated in system on 22nd but it wasnt unheard of to be in warehouse and just not entered into computer but should be on truck that thursday for puck up at the store. Called and the woman had trouble finding my order. Stated, it didnt come in, and had been pushed back to October 8th. They did offer me the floor model. Hoping it arrives on or before the 8th. There needs to be a much better method of inventory control or just say, it is not in stock in an effort to just making a sale. Dont like looking like a fool when it comes to giving a gift for someones birthday.

Found the chairs I was looking for, and did not feel pressured. They had a good selection to choose from.

Very nice people who are very helpful when purchasing items, if you have a problem paying a bill they will help you with payment options. Shewel furniture is the only place I shop for my furniture, and the only place I will continue to shop, they are great, have great deals and sales. I recommend anyone to at least stop by and check them out.

Can I give a half a star? Terrible. Please dont fall for their tricks and gimmicks. They show you two prices call it comparable pricing then say the sale is 50% off. The trick? Comp price is ex. $1699 for a chair no lie then their price is ex. $1679 @ 50% off = $839.50 which is the same price you can buy that same chair at regular price even at the most expensive place in town what a joke rest assured if it says no sales tax sale that the sales tax of 5.3% is already included in the purchase price so please people do your homework by wherever you want to but do your homework first thats all I ask this guy I was dealing with what a joke caught an attitude when I told him I could get comparable furniture a better price somewhere else trust me Im taking my $3,000 and going elsewhere like I said please do your homework first then by wherever you want to buy

Gave you one star because your local, but that said... we were loyal customers.Youve broken our trust, shame on you for not honoring the warranty/purchase.Especially since the technician told me there is an issue with this particular brand, and ours was obviously defective when he was here inspecting it.That made up our minds. Our spring air mattress is only 5 yrs old and barely used out of the 20 yr/ warranty. Its hardly used.Of course youd try and blame it on something else, My custom made bed frame has full support regardless of your thoughts...thank you very much you just lost our loyalty!this frame was custom built by a master carpenter/builder who is reputable, and builds high quality furniture, just thought that should be noted.

We went to buy a couch and loveseat. In minutes we found it. Did our finance options with Kelli and everything was great! No hiccups, easy, and a smooth transaction. Was very pleased!

The sales person was very helpful, but also let me look around first before asking me what I wanted or if I found what I was looking for. I found 2 items I was interested in but took pictures to take to show my husband. The sales person gave me her card and I will ask for her when I go back to mack my purchase. Store had a lot of living room furniture to choose from, which is what I was looking for.

GREAT SERVICE! I Called about a support board breaking and needing a replacement, with no hesitation Jonathan had me come on into the store. When I arrived he was there waiting with 4 brand new support boards, loaded them and all free of charge. I dont think it gets much better then that! Thanks again Jonathan!

Friendly staff, not as pushy as at some furniture stores. Normal prices are kinda high for the low quality items but there are sales all the time that make them ok. Prices are reasonable on higher quality items.

I have had nothing but terrible customer service from this schewels. They do not understand when life happens and people lose their jobs. They can only work with you IF you are approved for unemployment which doesn’t happen for everyone. They also don’t accept partial payments which in my opinion is better than no payment at all. The staff is rude and dismissive. They talk over you when you try to voice your concerns and have little regard for what you have to say. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with this company and after my furniture is payed off, I will not be giving them my business ever again. Fair warning for anyone who hasn’t worked with them before. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Went to make our payment gave the card number then said would send a reciept in the mail.Well they never charged our card they charged another persons card on our account because when they take ur payment they dont process it right away.They write down your card number and then when done throws it in the trash where anybody could get it. MAKE SURE THEY RUN YOUR CARD WHILE ON THE PHONE IF NOT THEY WILL MIX THEM UP WITH OTHERS PEOPLES CARD THEY WRITE DOWN! other then that there ok.

Went looking for a book case. Nobody bothered to greet or attempt to assist and Im not sure it would have mattered. From what we saw there was nothing worth considering on either floor.

I wouldnt recommend them to anyone I went there to find a bed. I paid over a thousand cash for it. That same night I tried to sleep on it and my cancer wouldnt let me. The following night I tried again and couldnt sleep on it. I called the store and explained to them what I was experiencing and they said that I couldnt get my money back the best I could do was to switch it for another mattress. Any I guess this just another lesson learned

Terrible customer service… This use to be a great place to purchase furniture and electronics but now the merchandise doesn’t seem to be as good quality as before. The recent staff changes have seemed to worsen an already deteriorating situation.

They were very kind and helpful. As soon as I told them what I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction and I found it.

I had a wonderful experience with Schewels sales and credit team. I am beyond happy with my mattress. In fact, I sorely miss my bed when Im on travel.

My experience has been a good example of BAD BUSINESS!!! My brand new mattress, that Im still paying for, has a visible dip in it and my back hurts every single morning of every day. At the time of signing paperwork they tell you that all they ask is that you sleep on the mattress for 30 days before you decide that you like it or not but BEWARE! After the 30 days, when you tell them that you received a bad mattress they tell you that you must pay a restocking fee (a couple hundred dollars) and $80 delivery fee. So deliver a used or bad mattress and the trap is set to make even more money in around 30 days. I received a bad mattress, and we were both sitting there and not one word was said about the 20% trapping fee. Company policy doesnt make it right or good business, further company policy doesnt mean we were told about the policy. I called and spoke to Jonathan who was polite and the process is beginning for the manufacturer to do an inspection. This has been just an awful experience that still isnt over. Out of this I have learned some very valuable lessons!7/15/18 UPDATE! Finally had the inspection of the mattress on June 5 last month. We were not told of the findings of the inspection because we already know what they found, and no word from schewels either and this has been a month and a half. I will not make another payment and I will not ever go back to schewels for anything! I will tell everyone that I know as well!
