Tonight I placed an order on their website for a board game and some marbles. Local delivery was offered (because of the social distancing that 2020 has brought with it) and I was shocked when my order was on its way within 30 minutes. My order was correct, the receipt was in the bag, and he had a smile on his face. Nothing more I could have asked for! Ill definitely be buying from them again.

A little pricey and kinda low on stock (most likely from covid shortages) but definitely have some of the less found items

My kids absolutely LOVE this store! They have a great selection of all kinds of toys and their hobby shop inspired my son to start making models. The atmosphere is welcoming and exciting. The staff is friendly. They will take time to help you in any way they can. If they dont have it, theyll order it but chances are they already have it. I love that they are locally owned. They even offer the Go Local card to help people save money all over the NRV! I wish there were more stores like this!

All employees were so nice and helpful. i loved all the kinds of toys they had! they even helped me find model paint for my grandpa when i didnt know what to buy! will definitely be going back!

This is by far the best customer service and friendly helpful staff I have ever encountered. Not just in the hobby realm but in the whole area! I’ve had a broken rc car for years; and this is the only spot that has had the part in stock and now I’m up and running again!

Went on Black Friday for a specific toy my son wanted. We were greeted, they helped us find it and were super friendly. Thanks so much!

The store has a large assortment of toys and games for kids of all ages. The sales clerk was extremely friendly, offering a greeting, a smile, and a coupon upon our entrance to the store. The new location is a bit inconvenient, but not too much.

Stacy and his staff have always been helpful. I have many hobbies theyve accommodated them all. If they dont have it they will special order it. Hide and go seek is tolerated though not appreciated. Its a toy store so let the kid in you out and the imagination roll.

I went into the store this evening to pick up a copy of Winning Moves Risk 1959 Edition. I called ahead to inquire about it, I asked if they price matched and the lady said yes. So I arrived and picked it up, took it to the desk and the lady said she needed to get approval for the price match. I looked up the listing from walmart to show her the listed price. She said that the price, including the shipping, has to be lower than their price. The listing says “Free pickup, Fri October 11th.” She took a picture of the listing, including the shipping details and sends them in a message to her store manager, no reply. She called the manager, no answer. Time is burning. She messaged the store owner, no reply. She called the owner, no answer. We are now at 20 minutes of waiting. I figured “It would be a shame to leave empty handed, i mean after all Ive waited this long.” She keeps messaging and calling until finally she gets through to someone, but they hang up on her. Finally, 30 minutes after I arrived, she makes contact with someone that can approve the discount. She is than told the manager has to confirm the price and is hung up on. So we wait even longer. Finally she gets a call, they wont match the price because walmart’s free shipping is only if I spend $35. Walmart clearly ships this item to the store for free. The lady at the store was very nice. I cannot recommend her more highly. The manager of the store was both unprofessional and demeaning in the way he/she treated the customer and the lady at the counter. They don’t live up to their guarantee.

The people working there need to know they are working in a toy store; where children will frequent the place and want to play with the toys that are in there. The owner needs to hire people that actually has a like and care for children . The person behind the counter was very rude and was a totally jerk. Never going in that store again, or will I ever think about buying anything from them. Dont waste your time. Order online.

Ive worked here for over 5 years at most of their locations. Yes there are ups and downs as with any business and staff. Ill add to what others have said - that the owner will help you as best he can, as will the staff.

I have bought a bunch of legos, lionel train accessories and also 2 RC helicopters from here. The prices are very competitive and match with what I see online, so I always seem to get the best deal without having to wait for shipping or giving my CC info to a shady online dealer. The staff is very knowledgeable about every product I have ever inquired about, and theyre always more than willing to order whatever they may not have in stock, but usually they have most accessories/repair parts in stock. Great place to do business!

Was a pretty neat place, it is now closed however. Fire rescue tactical isnt it spot which is also very nice store to go to if you need that type of thing.

Great hobby shop! The customer service is excellent!

The employees were very rude, not knowledgeable of the products they sell and the selection is very limited. If you need upgrade parts do not go here; they only sell stock replacement parts and wont offer to order a part if you need it. I wish I hadnt driven an hour to visit the place.

Such hostility Drone Masters, terrible quality I guess you tested all of them, impressive. No return sounds reasonable to me prevents people from buying on Friday and returning on Monday after a weekend of partying. Off brands? ARRMA, Redcat, DHK you must be a noobie. All well known name brands. Well I hope they want money, or how else are they going to pay for expenses to stay open. Are you offering to contribute if they stop taking money? I worked there and never saw anyone being treated rude unlike your post. As for Traxxas I wondered the same but while they are good many of there products are proprietary where you have to use their stuff only and expensive. If you understood business you would know you dont make money with $800 cars sitting on the shelf getting old. I see they are now carrying lower priced Traxxas trucks. Hope you get over your hostility dude need to chill out a bit.

The r/cs they have are terrible quality. They beak within the first day and they have no returns because they know they are going to break. They need to carry traxxes r/c instaed of all the offbrand cars they have. They tell you how great their r/cs are when really they just want your money. The workers are extremely rude and they have no selection of lipo chargers or lipo batteries. They should at least have traxxes id and stay up to date with the r/c community but I guess thats to high quality for them.

Love the toys and also found out when I was there that they will also price match with proof
