Very disappointed in the store MGR customer service, bought 3 Transformers one of the 3 blew out immediately, after explaining the issue and agreeing it could be a possible defect it the part they would not exchange or refund on electrical parts, 2 out of 3 worked fine! come on!!! too worried about losing a $30 sale rather than take care of the customer, I even emailed the part MFG and they had NO PROBLEM warranting the part. The customer should NOT eat the cost of a defective part and placing blame on the customers ability to install the part is an insult Licensed or not! I would understand not refunding or exchanging if the part was being returned with physical damage but it was not I installed 2 of the 3 with NO problem.`P.S. For $30 take care of the customer especially when the part MFG is willing to warranty the part!P.S.S. Store looks good, clean, and lots of parts and choices, but Customer service is lacking in my experience.

Best place in town to get all your HAVC parts. The only place I could buy replacement parts for an old Coleman furnace. They also have tools and many other items for DIY projects. Located across from Corning on 460. Go check it out!
