Waited forever to try to get service. I ended up leaving because the lady was to busy chatting with other people about nothing related to pools and spas. She was kinda rude and stood right next to me while I was waiting just talking about kids, weather and absolutely nothing. Un-real

Very friendly and helpful

I purchased a pre owned tub from a private party and had a couple issue with it. I called Little River Pool and Spa with some questions about it. In full disclosure, I told them my situation and didn’t try to pass myself off as a regular customer. They never skipped a beat and helped me with my issue and had the part in stock to get my tub up and running. I also have well water which can be tricky to balance. They were able to analyze the water sample and had what I needed to treat my spa water in stock as well. Now my tub is working great and I couldn’t be happier. I hope to get a couple years out of my used tub but when I find myself in the market for a new tub, Little River will be my first stop. Their customer service and professionalism is top notch! Highly recommended!

Excellent locally owned business. We have an inground pool and they have been very helpful and courteous with all our questions and needs. Weve trusted them with all our pool needs for the past 5 years and they have proven themselves trustworthy.

After not being pleased with the people we purchased our hot tub from, I went to Little River to have my water tested. They were very helpful. I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely be back. I would absolutely recommend!

This is our second Dimension Spa in 18 years. We moved and we bought the exact same spa. I can talk about the sales people and they are the best. But today I want to give a five star to the two guys (employees) who performed the service on my spa and fix a big problem. These employees are smiling, honest and they work diligently above my expectation. They also work clean... Dont leave a mess behind them. Cooper and his co-worker did a great job. Moral of the story, 12 years after buying this Dimension Spa, the difference is made by the service they provide. I will not hesitate a seconde to buy another spa. Not from anyone else but from Chuck and Cathy the people behind the Spa. Thanks to all of you . You made a difference.

Cant say much about their products, but every time I deliver there, they are extremely nice and welcoming. If I ever need anything related to their business, id go there just because they are great people

When you buy an expensive spa, you hope everything goes perfectly. Sometimes, mechanical devices dont cooperate. The folks at Little River can be counted on to stand behind you when things dont go right and resolve the problems with the manufacturers. They are a pleasure to work with and always do the right thing. Two years after buying our spa, Im still a huge fan of this family run business and always recommend them.

Very expensive and selling me a year old model as though it was the new model. The people there are very nice a great sales people. You will not get the best price and will he told lots of stories. Take everything said with a grain of salt. Several other places to check before you buy, I personally paid almost $2k more than my spa is worth...buyer beware.

We unfortunately had a very poor experience with this company. After paying a deposit and promised our tub in 4-6 weeks, we received no update after 8 weeks. Our phone meaaages and emails were not responded to. When we did hear back, we were told that they had missed the shipment of our hot tub to their store and must wait more time, though each employee told a different story. Ultimately they could not install our tub and sent us angry, unprofessional emails and yelled at us in their store. I do not recommend doing business with this company and hope all is well with them personally because our experience was so awful and strange that we have to believe they have some personal issues going on.

Little River offers great customer service. I have received exceptional help with water testing and professional suggestions for my spas water treatment at Little River. And everyone there is very friendly.

The staff was wonderful! They helped me get my new pool set up properly. I will use them exclusively for whatever my pool needs.
