Love this shop. This past weekend was my first time in. Walked in just to check it out...walked out with a gun, that is how awesome their customer service is! Karl helped me and was super knowledgeable and incredibly patient as I was trying to decided which .22 to get. Really nice staff & great selection. Swapped out a part on my AR10 and didnt even charge me for the part or labor. It wasnt an exspensivr part, however this shows that some shops/businesses are about the customer and far above the rest out there.

Hey, Cowboy Wayne here. Looks like these guys are deleting their low reviews, and getting their friends to leave 5 star reviews. This is not how you conduct a business, you leave it professional and dont get emotional. If you delete this as well, it just shows you care more about image and ego than you do about providing quality service to the community.I left my. 357 there at the beginning of September with a simple mechanical issue. As I dont have the proper tools to fix it myself, I decided to bring it to hux because I had heard they were knowledgeable and they were just around the corner. I had no idea I would not hear a word about the gun for almost two months, I ended up just picking it up because I had heard from a reliable source that the gunsmith does not actually know much about handguns or revolvers, and only specializes in rifles. I wish they would have told me that instead of sitting on my gun for 2 months.Not just because of their work, this review is also 1 star because of how they conduct themselves. They make sure you know they are against mask wearing as soon as you walk through the door. If the staff ignoring you and rolling their eyes doesnt tip you off, their dumb Walmart t-shirts with slogans about masks being useless will. We are in a pandemic! I wear a mask to help keep my elderly parents safe, especially my dad who has diabetes and heart issues.Grow up, stop deleting your reviews and start treating every paying customer the same.
