The two dudes that were in there were both pleasant and nice the one guy was new and so he was still learning the ways, the other guy was the manager and he was polite and he allowed me to sit on the couch for an hour and a half while I was on the phone with customer service and the retention team and the retention team boss and the retention teams bosses boss and they left the tunes on nice and low so that I felt comfortable and they didnt harass me for drinking a sugar-free NOS while I was in there and they told me about the other phones that are cool while I was on hold with the representatives and they also were nice and didnt kick me out when it was close to quitting time.The store itself was clean and organized and smelt clean and all of the phones were displayed in a way that you could see them and feel them and get an idea of how they work so that you have a better idea of what to buy when youre there.

I went to every phone dealer in town this was the best deal with the best people! Michael Ray is an amazing manager, definitely coming back because of him!

The manager Michael was really helpful and got my husband and I exactly what we wanted and needed.

A year and 1/2 I went to the sprint store to see how we could save on a cell bill, to make a long story short we have not been happy with sprint because at that time I felt ripped off!Then my Wife was having issues with her phone and so I told her to just go to this store to see what they could, so when she got home she told me how she was treated and she said they where great they really cared about her problem and tried to fix it.So a few days later we desired to go into this store and I was supprised at just how different the young people where, all I saw was we care and let’s see what we can do to help you be happy with sprint.Those young People are worked to help us with the issues but also spent the time to tell us how we can save on our bill as well as to help us pick out the right phone and also showed us how to get our new phone up and running for us.So all in all the young people in this store where #1 in my book the have helped me be more happy with my cell service they deserve a lot more but this is all I can do so if any of you need new phones go see the young people in this store and they made this old 56 year old old man out so 5 stars just doesn’t work for me they need more stars I am really happy good job

Went into the sprint store with my grandma this afternoon so she could get her upgrade. I had no intention of buying anything, but had the opportunity to hangout and laugh with Brandon and Eddy who are wonderful human beings. They are great at their job and they are very very nice guys. 10/10 would recommend comin here to get your phone fixed or need help!

They were awesome! Ordered my new phone for me and it came in quick. They were very busy but conversed with everyone in there so it didnt take too long. Very personable and great sense of humor! If i break my phone again (hopefully not though) ill definitely come back here.

I never write reviews. Ever. But I just spent five hours with Cesar, Saben, and Justin at the Sprint store and they went well beyond the call of duty to help me figure out and resolve the issues on my plan. They were amazing! Even after hours on the phone trying to problem solve, they were pleasant, friendly and committed to helping me. That is true customer service. They also helped customize the very best deal they could for my new plan, going over every detail until everything was optimal. This level of customer attention is rare and deserves to be noted. Well done, guys!

Lies lies lies. We were told one price and told it would be for the duration of our service and not a couple months. Do not go to this store you will be lied to and screwed over in the end. Hire actual sales reps and not liars to create numbers to make you look good!!!!

Went there to change my phone over to them they taught me in about my Note tablet I bought a tablet they couldnt hook up my Google phones 10 weeks they couldnt get the chip for my phone I have 5 of them they cost me for 3 months a service for five phones and I never had any service cuz they could never hook him up this place is a rip-off all they had to do is shove their shoulders they didnt care hurt my credit and they wouldnt do nothing about it I was there seven times to see the manager hes never there either call 14 times nobody ever gave a message to him the employees at this Sprint store sucks everyone should be fired the 5 that I deal with if theyre more in five I cant judge but the five I deal with very unprofessional they should go to McDonalds and flop hamburger I have no customer service cost me $372 for nothing absolutely nothing this place is screwed up Id use another store not the Chubbuck one theyre idiots in my opinion

Be very careful when doing any flex lease options with these people. They tend to lie about the contract. Definately disappointed with Sprint, wishing I had not left T-Mobile.

The guys that work here are real Jerks, they were rude and not understanding at all.. on top of that I bought a 35 dollar screen protector there, guess what it broke on day two of having it, and I didnt even drop my phone or anything. The worker helping me said these exact words to me, unless you have video evidence of it going into your pocket and coming out cracked, I cant help you, theres no way you didnt drop it. Dont go here, trust me, Id honestly switch my carrier if my contract was up, I will never go back to this store

The coverage is not good, store personnel are great, but customer service is not reliable. Don’t waste your time and money.

Justin and Seban where amazing, they were able to save us a lot of money, made sure all 5 of lines where ported over from ATT before we left the store, they were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, it was a great experience!

To the disgruntled kid who claimed I refused to help them, you seemed to have forgotten the entire story. It began with your mom coming in wanting to activate the phone but couldnt due to a suspended account. She was yelling at my rep because Sprint shut off your service due to non-payment. Apparently your father took care of the bill and forgot to add the new card on the auto-pay. The entire time, your mother carried an attitude while my rep was sincerely trying to help. Your mom then became more cantankerous when my rep informed her that we can only take cash payments in the store but we can process card payments over the phone. I believe your moms exact words were Whatever just get the damn thing over with. After my rep processed the payment, your mom comes to my desk and says Maybe you can do a better job than the girl over there. Who says that? The girl did nothing to provoke your mothers condescending attitude. She hands me an old phone to activate (circa early 2000s). The phone is dead, and I didnt have the correct charger for it. I process the activation in our system but informed your mother that I couldnt program it due to it being dead. She takes the phone and tells me, Do you want some advice? You should be more willing to help customers. I have advice for your mom. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Your mother may get away with her poor manners elsewhere, but not in my store, and definitely not after how she treated my rep and I. Was I in the wrong to yell at her? Yes, but Im sure she brings out the worst in many people.You also forgot to include that you went to the Chubbuck store afterwards, and your mother cut in line (actually bumped the customer being helped) and said, You need to help me now.I challenge any customer to come into our store and be their own judge of our service. You wont be disappointed.

I am not a sprint customer. I went to this store to buy a sprint sim card to activate my device that uses sprint network(Ting). The store manager and employee asked $75.00 for a sim card, just a sim card no device,since I was not sprint customer and never will. I went to Best Buy in Idaho falls and bought it for 10 dollar. Manager could have said,We only sell sim card to sprint customer but instead tried to rip me off.

They were helpful when I had problems with my phone and I can pay my bill in the store with my debit card but I think its ridiculous that they charge you $3.00 when you pay cash.

Bought a screen protector from Sprint, by the Pine Ridge Mall, about a year ago, was told by the store manager it had a lifetime warranty on it, and if anything went wrong with the screen protector to bring it back and it would be replaced for free. My screen protector started peeling at the edge and so I took it in and was told by the new store manager that they charge $5 to replace it under warranty. I told him that I was told they would replace it for free under warranty which is why I even went through them in the first place and was told tough luck because he would only do it for $5 and to take it or leave it.Will not be returning to this Sprint store again and I advise others to avoid as well since they are dishonest.
