Pretty nice Walmart overall.However, I bought a few loaves of fresh bread from the bakery and it appears I found a long strand of hair as I was breaking a piece of bread off. Caught it right before I ate it.Normally this would gross me out but I’m trying to work on being less judgmental. I’m sure I’ll be fine and I’m sure the rest of the bread is fine, but I’d advise management to keep a better eye on their kitchen staff quality control protocols.Hope y’all have a great day!P.S. Im very disappointed to see the empty shelves and no restock on some things for weeks. The prices are no longer far less than other places, in fact Smiths was cheaper on most items last week. They arent paying attention to sell by dates either.

I shop Walmart often. The store its self is usually clean, and bright seems to make things look better 😄. I can say that the bathrooms are always clean, I cant remember them ever being dirty always seems neat and tidy. This is extremely important to me. If it were dirty I would assume the entire store was dirty. The staff is usually helpful and polite there is the occasional not in a great mood person but you cant always be happy. The only issue that I have is the bare shelves. Very frustrating when you cant even purchase cat food. Had to go to Pocatello to get it. Second time. Over all this location does a good job, the only issue is lack of product, which has been a issue at this store since I have been here which had been a year and a half.

I love Poor Richards bookstore and coffee shop. So many books and other items to browse thru. The coffee shop serves excellent lattes. My Pumpkin Spice was delicious.

Yesterday, I purchased fish from Walmart located in Pocatello, Idaho. It was marked down and there were a couple of days still for the used by date. Got home, opened the fish to cook it and it literally was rotten. The odor from the rotten fish was so bad we could not leave it in our house.Contacted store manager, Brian, who was on duty, informed him about the rotten fish. His response, bring it back in and we will refund your money.I returned to the store to talk in person to Brian.I told him how unbelievable it was that they would sell such bad meat to the public. I told him I wanted to be compensated for my time if having to travel all the way back to their store.I further requested that they should pull all the rest of the fish on sale from the meat cabinet.His response...I cant do either. You need to contact corporate.So, I will be contacting their corporate office and see what their response will be.Herman GovanPocatello, Idaho.

Its okay. Too many products made in China. Ive rarely been impressed with their customer service. But its convenient.

Fastest experience Ive had. Went in at 0630 and was able to get in, get what I needed, and out unless than 20 min.

Some Walmarts are clean and newly updated and then theres this one. I do not recommend going here. The parking lot is poorly designed and a nightmare to get in and out of in a timely manner. The store always seems to be between stockings, so the shelves feel empty all the time. The employees do their best, but often are not able to help due to lack of knowledge about the store, product, or shipping schedule.

Its a Walmart. Needs to be more than one of them unfortunately. It is always way overcrowded.

Its always packed w people. When I went to buy mandarin oranges In the fresh food area. The guy just stocked put 4 bags of molding oranges on top, when I went to him and told him about it he said it was all ok and went back to stocking bananas

Trinity and Jessica were so helpful! Beyond nice! I have never had anyone help me like they did! The time they took to help me with my coupon so I could pay for my items was above and beyond! I am so grateful! Not once did they make me feel like I was an inconvenience or a bother. In fact, one coupon was not working and they tried many ways but it would not work, they apologized for it not working. I am so thankful for the way they helped me! I hope they both get recognized for their customer service skills! Really amazing, and above and beyond.

If you value quality, then dont bother. In general, things from Walmart dont last as long as youd like. We got a bag of mandarin oranges in our curbside pickup the other day. Almost half of them were visibly moldy, some of them were rancid and leaking all over, and the rest were withered and hard. I dont know who in their right mind would have thought they were acceptable to sell to someone.

For once, a Walmart that is clean and workers are kind. The bathrooms were spotless and not cheap-looking at all.

The prices are low but its extremely difficult to find someone to help you at certain times. Overall a good place to shop But the prices at Walmart are very low for very dark reasons.

This Walmart has very friendly staff, is generally always stocked with what you need and then some,(plus the things you dont need yet just have to have 🤣 ), prices are fair and competitive. You can get your nails done while waiting for your new prescription glasses or getting new tires mounted and balanced.

As a tourist we see a lot. What a nice store. The staff were helpful in finding a couple things I couldnt. Staff was friendly and the store was clean. This is possibly the largest Walmart I have been in.

Walmart has lots of stuff that people want.It has toys for your kids and legos for your kids to build, food to eat, clothes and housewares and hardwares as well as personal products, automobile products, and sporting goods.

The place has everything organized and neat from food to clothes, and everything in between, can live with out this store.

I was looking for plastic canvas shapes, embroidery kits and other simple craft supplies for some kids up to 10 years old. They were happy with what I found.

Cashier wS a mite slow but the floor staff was very friendly and helpful helping me find the cord i was looking for.

Hard to find any workers to help you when you need to find things. Some are really nice but many give you the feeling they are irritated or not happy working there. Some customers are extremely rude and dont pay attention to their surrounds. I avoid this store as much as possible.

The manager is extremely rude. I purchased ink for work while in the area and was charged almost $150 twice. Instead of working with myself or my bank, the manager said that I would have to drive the 3 hours back to her specific Walmart for the refund. I offered to email/fax my bank statement or let her work with my bank but she refused, expecting me to waste 3 hours worth of gas there and back. She would not reimburse me for her store’s mistake or compensate me for the travel expense.I had to file a formal investigation in order to get my money back. Irresponsible business with appalling customer service.

Not a fan of crowds. And Walmart is still insisting on everyone wearing a mask. Even though many were not wearing them properly. Was able to find everything I had on my list. Which was different. Most times, I am lucky to find everything on my list in stock.

What can I say I avoid it like the plague! The parking lot is always ridiculous they should have made a bigger parking lot for our town and there was only like 2 checkers. I feel like they are lazy and trying to save money on employment having you check your own groceries!

I love Wal-Mart pharmacy. The pharmacists are very helpful if you have any questions or concerns, and help you find the right over the counter medicine for your medical needs.

The associates were rude unhelpful disrespectful when I asked him where something was located they simply looked at me and said thats not my department how would I know I asked him for a price check because it did not have the item that the price was listed for on the shelf and was told I dont know its not my job to have the prices posted correctly if there was another store in town that I could go to and get some of the same things that I have to go there for I would never shop Walmart again

Not my favorite place to go due to people overload. Its understandable due to having better prices majority of the time. Miss having it be open 24hr a day. Personally I dont mind doing my own checkout since Im faster that some of the cashiers theyve had previously but its sad to see that they cut out those positions and Im sure there are a lot of people who prefer having cashiers do checkout. Customer service has dropped dramatically at this location!! Select few of veteran employees who are willing to help out when needed.

Its a super center and that is convenient for me. The only thing I do not approve of is the vision center doctor is adolescence Medicaid excepted only. I had to pay cash for all of it exam, glasses glasses case everything done to them. I have Medicaid and NOT ONE THING was even offered for coverage at this specific Walmart location. And Idaho Medicaid doesnt even cover for it either yet Washington does Washingtons Medicaid is thru united healthcare which is an impressive Medicaid state covered insurance. Covered everything for me all my needs covered. But thats not Idaho

All in all a great store very big and great layout, but the customer service counter / employees that was there yesterday an 120pm cheated me on a return she put money on a Walmart card and when I told her I paid in cash she basically started about say that if I had the receipt she could have and thats when I got upset because the receipt is the very first thing I handed her and she used it during the return, short memory or what ? Then I pointed out the I had purchased the item on cash and she said that because I paid for two item on the same receipt with a gift card that she could only do a gift card, sorry but I have been a storemnanager for 7 years and I know a bad attitude and doesnt care about the customer being done and leaving satisfied that got what they needed and wanting to come again ...But unfortunately I dont wish to return she cheated me and I wish I had talked to her manager because I would feel less sour about it .By the way the return was a $28.97 return and I had the receipt !

Wal mart is well... wal mart. some of the staff here seem like they really really hate their job. when ever i ask for assistance one something the staff act like they dont want to help at all.

Walmart is my go to store when traveling. Ran into a heat wave and needed some inexpensive light weight tops and shorts. Also picked up some camping gear and food.

Has good prices and great selection of everything. Staff is very good but avoid crowds. Clearance prices can be a real bargain. Clean for the most part, produce not as good as other stores. Bakery is good, deli ok. Has good selection of frozen foods. Automotive and hardware selection is good. Thanks to staff for helping me get a large heavy item to my car. I would not of bought without the help of the associate Darren.

Definitely a travelers best friend, they had everything we needed and friendly people, we spent $160 on gear and then spent the night in the parking lot without being hassled, would definitely stop here again

It was noticed that a dirty hand towel was on the bathroom floor of room 325. No amenities, ie, shampoo, a bottle of something open laying on the sink. Two bath towels, one hand towel. Only one wash cloth.Other than that the room was ok.

As we were dreading going into the Chubbuck Walmart, it was primarily due to not being able to find a parking space remotely near the store. However, as we entered, the store greeter reminded us we had very little time to shop. Then, the voice over the intercom came on to announce when they were closing and urged shoppers to come forth with their purchases. Several more times came the announcement and finally, someone announced that if we were not in line at that point, we would have to make our purchases some other time. Thankfully we were in line, but we certainly wont return any time soon. Paying just a little bit more to be treated with kindness and respect for the very people helping pay their pay check is worth is for us.

While masking is no longer required, they continue to attempt to isolate the entrances and exits - with a barrier between the halves of the vestibule. This does not follow American keep right standards and is different for each entrance/exit as well as being poorly marked leading to confusion, difficulty retrieving/returning carts, and general frustration. Im already frustrated shopping in a giant superstore where there is always something on my list that I cannot find, it doesnt help that entering the store and getting a cart is now a source of angst.

Love Walmart!! They have all the items I like . But most of the time its pretty crowded 🙃

Won’t lie this is the only Walmart I’ve ever been to where I’ve had some dude I’ve never met before in red shorts, no shirt, and a mullet pull up on me trying to fight me. I’m not even from IDAHO let alone Chubbuck.

The garden center is stocked with lots of flowers plants and yard needs.the staff is friendly and welcoming.can find most needs at this store.if you have a large family like I do they dont carry family pkgs of meat but any other items comes in large pkgs.store is clean and check out is easy and fast been here lots of times before will Go again
