I have been a BEST BUY customer for many years and I have always been happy and satisfied with everything, It is a very nice store, where you find everything that you need.

My visits to BEST BUY have all been great. you dont find this kind of customer service anymore. the GEEK SQUAD service is on pair. I have the GSS in all my electronic devices that i have purchased there, and when i needed them, they were there making all the steps of the process friendly and easy.

Awful customer service. One employee saw me shopping and looking. Yet walked away towards his desk. I have it on video, 3 employees standing around. Ill go to Lowes for good customer service and better selection of appliances. Dont was your time . Ill never go back.

Best Buy in Chula Vista saved me from purchasing a new cell phone, I thought the glass front was broken but the salesman saw it was only the protective covering I had put on it. I will buy a new phone in a few months and definitely will go back to Best Buy, where they care.

Do not purchase the extended warranty from this company. It is not worth the money and time it takes to get a repair. I ended paying out of pocket so I could get my microwave fixed after almost 3 weeks just so I could have it for Thanksgiving.
