We were in a rush to get our quad going to start the softball season. We use the quad to drag fields. Juanita came in clutch with her quick professional and very responsive customer service. I love that I can text her and she responds fast and with detail. She also emailed me the invoice which is very helpful. We also paid electronically and that made payment a breeze! So thankful!!

I was in a bind to trying to find a few parts, oils, and accessories for a few of my motorcycles for an upcoming trip. I had tried calling around to multiple places and no one seemed to be able to help, until I called Advanced Motorsports! I called, and left a message within five minutes I got a voicemail back from the owners asking what parts and accessories I was looking for, I responded back with my list and and told me that they will call me back in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later I was surprised and relieved that Juanita was able to order my parts overnight them and have them ready for me for pick up the very next day! The process is extremely easy and convenient using text messages, phone calls and voice recorded messages to communicate effectively and promptly (with a lot of detail might I add). Not only were they able to overnight the parts they were able to find and procure some parts that were really hard to find ; some places estimating close to 2 to 3 weeks!! not with Advanced Motorsports. This is a one stop shop, anything you need from Carb rebuild kits, desert flag whips, Whip mounts, light up whips, heck they even offered to try and find me some riding gear to get to me in time in order for me to save myself from running around the city trying to find helmets and boots. This is been my third experience working with advanced motorsports and I must say German and Juanita are amazing and true masters of their craft. They have been in the business for many years and the expertise to get you what you need and when you need it! I hope they continue to thrive and serve all of us motorcycle riders in the Southbay. So if youre tired of dealing with snotty parts reps at other Motorcycle Shops, and want to actually talk to the guys working on your bikes come check them out, or give them a call they do their best to make sure you get the best experience not to mention get you the parts you need when you need it. First time using this place and was very happy. I ordered a new front tire for my kawa ninja 650, through them. Communication was extremely hasty, and they got back to me immediately with the status of the order. As soon as the tire was in an appointment that same day was offered, I was running later than expected but they were very kind and got me in and did the job. Thank you so much for that. Top notch place, I told them I definitely found my mechanic shop for my ninja from now on. Pricing was fair and hopefully Ill have them do an exhaust system next. NOT HAPPY with their service I took my bike about 3 months ago to do a valve adjustment and carburetor repair, they gave me a list of things that needed service and I agreed to get them fixed for 1300 dlls, when i took my bike home i noticed it was having the same issue to get started like it had before getting it fixed. After speaking to a new mechanic it seems like they just took my money because my carb was not repaired and my compression is really low

I am very please with their work as well as their prices. This is my go to shop. Herman is a great mechanic very knowledgeable and professional. His wife is great at communicating which made the repair a breeze.

Im going to start of by saying that both Juanita & Herman were super helpful on so many levels & very affordable! I purchased a 04 R6 used and right off found out the seller lied ( should of known) anywho my experience getting back into riding started pretty lame, after getting my hands a little dirty I knew I was in over my head so I quickly searched for professionals and can I say I am very pleased with Advanced motorsports. I took my familys bike to get it repair, needed alot of stuff, this guys were great, they dont try to sell you stuff your bike wont need, they just go straight to the point and to the problem! If you have any concern about driveability this is a great place to get it fix! I wish they wouldve send me pictures of the work they did so I can share it with you guys! But Ill tell you what, the bike felt way better than what it used to be. The bike is a 2003 yamaha raptor 660 really heavy but all the work they did to it, made it feel like if its not heavy anymore!

Excellent service, left my motorcycle running and feeling like new! Definitely recommend.

I took my motorcycle in for carbuerator work he told me of some necessary work which I agreed to do. He kept my motorcycle for about two months and said he had fixed my carbuerators, and was completing the other work. He didnt have the experience to fix my carbuerators took my money and didnt warranty his work. Total cost $1800 I sincerely would not recommend this place. January 20th 2019 after taking my motorcycle to Ivans fast bikes in Clairemont Mesa he took apart my carburetors and found that there was missing o rings and someone tried to patch my carburetors with silicone glue. I had to pay more money to get it fixed when Advance Motorsports had purchased 2 rebuild kits and installed them. Charging me lots of money to rebuild my carburetors. And were unable to accomplish the task. Ivans fast bikes they also gave me a two-year warranty on the rebuild and the labor of the carburetors. Something that Advance Motorsports will not do and did not do for me. I received a text message from Juanita after I put this post claiming that the Personnel at Advance Motorsports are competent and honest. If thats the case then I believe Advance Motorsports should refund the money I paid for the rebuild of my carburetors which Advance Motorsports was unable to accomplish. Well see the integrity of Advance Motorsports I will keep you posted I seriously seriously doubt they will refund money! Why? Because look at the situation I find myself in by doing business with them. March 5th 2019 up to this point I have not received any refunds or phone calls from Advance Motorsports as you can see by now they are very unprofessional dishonest an incompetent watch out for this guy and hes planning to sell real estate I wouldnt buy a Tic Tac from this guy anymore this guy couldnt fix his socks drawer

HONEST MECHANICSNot a common phrase for me!But Herman is one if this rare breed.Two times they saved my butt with a used bike from Craigslist: a xr230 with a broken transmission and now a xr400 with a stuck carburetor.Both fixed to perfection, 1/3 of the price from everywhere else (believe me I drove the whole city).I trust them, another very uncommon phrase from me!Richard B.
