SCAMfine would be more appropriate. When I originally called to inquire about their services they told me there is no installation fee and i would have no issues with the device while getting car maintenance. They charged me an installation fee. After my car got serviced, my device maintenance light turned on and I was locked out. A technician came to unlock the device, told me they will charge my card, but will reverse the charges if i show my car was in the shop. I called them and their manager Peter was extremely condescending and rude, just like all the other non sales representatives i have ever spoken to, kept referring to the contract and threatened with court action should i dispute the charges. I will dispute the charges, contact the DMV, and gladly go before the judge because their are the true definition of fraud.

Giving a 5 star review is not typically my thing, especially in this situation, though when you receive the level of professionalism that I received from Kyle, then it is. Myself, I have worked in the customer service field for much of my career and have a high expectation. Kyles service and follow through were impeccable, and the way he made me feel like another human being was truly the part that got me; in this business it is very typical to not be treated the best. Thank you for the professional service that we all deserve. And give this man a raise!

This is the 2nd interlock company Ive dealt with. This whole situation SUCKED!! I will say the first company I dealt with was a NIGHTMARE! Nothing but issue after issue. I finally had enough and called Skyfine. They have been extremely helpful from the start. Their prices are so much better than any other company. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I rate them five stars because they forgot to contact on me on Saturday and a guy by the name of dave whos number I had saved I called him and gave him my code number so he can service it. He wasnt even working but was concerned so I can get to work.. great customer service and thanks to dave
