My all time favorite store.. good thing its not 5 min from my house

Wow, what an amazing experience! My sister and I travelled to San Diego to help my niece/her daughter move. Of course, we realized we needed to make a HomeGoods run...the manager, Derrick (I hope I spelled his name right) was kind, friendly and seems to be a great leader! We purchased a rug and the stock person who unclipped it for us and brought it to the front was friendly and kind. The gal that checked us out (I am so sorry, I dont have the receipt with her name on it) was OUTSTANDING and was the REAL reason I am writing this note. She took care of the items we were purchasing as if they were her own, wrapping the glass items carefully, even adding some extra paper because we told her we were toting them home on an airplane.Will DEFINITELY be back to shop on our next trip west, and cannot RECOMMEND THIS STORE enough.Great job, HomeGoods on employing 3 amazing staff who totally have a customer service heart!

This Home Goods is starting to rival the one in Point Loma. The bathroom section in this location could improve. Great selection and customer service.

The store was full of new merchandise. Isles are clean and organized. Love it!!

It was overly crowded. People were coughing and were withing 2feet of me. No one cared about the fact that the isles are small and there are arrows showing which direction to go. There were few associates in the store. The store was cluttered and and merchandise was all over the place, no organization. I felt like i was at a garage sale without the cheap price.

Store was very clean and the store manager was very helpful and kind. Found everything i needed for my new place :)

Awesome finds. Ever changing stock. If you see it and like it you better buy it. Items fly off their shelves.

You can find more items for your home, specially if youre a decorator.

Nice things just like Marshalls, TJMax, BB&B & Ross, except no coupons to use as easy as BB&B

They had exactly what I needed.

They only had 2 cashiers a couple of weeks before Christmas

On the verge to be too cluttered. When the carts dont fit the hallways it should be an indicator.

Only giving it a 4 because it had so small of walkways. If you have a normal cart, forget trying to move around. You need the mini kart.The products they have their are really good if your looking for stuff to make crafts or decorate your house. Really good prices. So besides the lack of space in their and it always being buys, this is a really good store to go too.The employees are super helpful as well. Its really a nice place all together. Just lack of walking space. Also parents. Control your kids! Some some lady letting her little girl run around like some wild child. Almost ran her over with my shopping kart. (The mom not the kid)
