Came into the store in a rush to get some last minute travel supplies. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They not only greeted and asked if they could help me find anything, but the young man walked me to the aisle and showed me the items they had for travel. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Used to be my pharmacy for 20 years. Everyone was outstanding and friendly! Now, theyre NOT filling prescriptions on time & med amounts are NOT correct! THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER PHONE! 15+ min. Wait time! Ive complained and they dont care.

When we check out at the register, we are always asked if our shopping needs were met. Thank everyone at Rite Aid Otay Lakes Center for being there throughout this ongoing pandemic!

Their store are stocked with nice merchandise. Excellent service, fast responses, Have bought items multiple times and very happy with services. Communications are exceptional.

Use to like coming here when it was open 24 hours.

Overpriced items

I got my medicine coming out of the Urgent Care right across the parking. They were close, prescriptions were phoned in and they worked on it right away. It took about 20 minutes. It is definitely convenient to pick up your meds here. Would come back, if I get that service again, would probably bump up to 5 stars.

Went in with an issue and after receiving unprofessional courtesy, the manager not only rectified the situation but went above and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. She makes Rite Aid worth going to .
