Cool place to walk by and see the boats!

Hauled out our boat here. Great experience. Them guys did a great job.

We had extensive work done on our boat at Boat Works. They did a great job. We had an issue a couple weeks later that turned out to be unrelated, but they sent Ricky and Eddie to our marina and they worked on the boat for an hour and wouldnt accept any money from my wife. Everyone we met was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Alan, Jeremy, Rickie and Eddie.

I work there so, what can I say but best to work.

Don’t bother getting a quote! They DOUBLED BOTH within 24 hrs of being in the yard. They don’t stand by their work. Have an excuse for everything. If you enjoy customer service from your local phone / internet company or electricity company this is the yard for you. There’s better options to enjoy the marine experience in San Diego. It doesn’t have to be this bad an experience in life or boating.

If I could rate zero stars I would.First off if you would like to be harassed this is the place for you. Let’s start off with incompetence, primarily with assessing what is actually wrong with your vessel. Labor-they will bill you for things that have not been done. And interpersonal skills, or the complete lack there of. I would absolutely stay away from this location unless the listed above is amongst things you desire.

My little boatyards nearby. Theyve been fair and treated me well forever. Any bills they gave me were what we talked about. The flip side, Todd Roberts paid fast for work we did for them. Its a Get errr done kinda place. Top vote also goes to Allen Young who stepped up big time when Marine group grabbed the Mile of Cars Ways St. for location #3.
