This store offers different kinds of boots and other foot wears. I love that they have alot of varieties to choose from thats covers from kids to adults. The only thing i didnt like is that they dont have all the sizes. I hope theyll have all sizes in stock. But overall i love this store. I never thought they have good looking steel toe shoes lol

From the minute we walked thru the door, we were impressed with the customer service. I have been looking for help in finding the right shoes that are comfortable to climb a ladder or go on a sales call. Would not let us in at 755. Turned us away. We had a specific idea of work shoe we wanted... They let the guy right in front of us in but not us...... Bad experience... Over priced. Better off going to sketchers. Better prices more choices....will never go to boot world again. Lost a customer for like......... ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Good customer service. The staff were nice and friendly. Wife bought some therapeutic socks with a special discount price. The store was fairly busy and the employee for the establishment were taking temperature and providing hand sanitizer to customers before entrance.

This location in Chula Vista was by and far the most accommodating and friendly Boot World location Ive been to. The young man who helped us was swift and nice. There was a slight mistake made when I was about to pay. The gentlemen mistakenly brought the wrong shoes (I bought 2 pair of Doc Martens) but the 2 young ladies jumped into action and remedied the situation quickly. Way better than your El Cajon location which did nothing but waste my time.

Good group of team members there. I placed an order there this past Monday and they said it would probably take a week to come in and that they would call me. However it came in just a few days after. I got the call, I got the order. Thanks Boot World.

Super rad, informal unfortunately closed for the moment-great selection tho, for all walks of life. Cant wait till they open back up with their regular staff and some new fresh faces on the floor..

Julio helped me in October of 2019 and today Feburary 10, 2020 this young man has great customer service skills you can tell he loves what he does. Got my new boots from boot world and they are holding up great. Nice salespeople and werent pushy about insoles, I had my own pair already. Inserts do a lot so if they do ask its usually worth it to get at least 1 pair and switch between shoes

0 Stars! The clerk was Jessica H. Had to go to her for help. She was distant, didnt want to help, sold me some display boots that were scratched the hell out of. Didnt ask if I wanted to try on a different pair. Didnt say she could get another pair from another store. Shes not good for selling boots! She should go sell tacos!

Whenever I shop here I like to go early. It can get pretty busy. And one thing that I really like about Boot World is if you work for the Union you can show them your Union card and get a discount on your shoes/boots .

Best shoe shopping experience of my life.I walked in and was pleasantly greeted and asked if i needed help. I said i was looking for safety shoes and just browsing for the moment. I was directed towards where the safety shoes were and i wasnt hassled or pushed towards buying any one in particular. I was asked what i do for work and the sales lady shared with me a few features of some of the shoes available that catered to my line of work. When i was ready to try on shoes, she professionally measured my feet, and selected the exact right size shoes for me to try and she seamlessly offered me a set of insoles that made the shoes feel even better. She rung up my purchase and the entire process completed in less than a half hour.This is the second time Ive shopped at a Boot World location and Ive been consistently very impressed with the product selection and professional service.

Didnt have the boots they said were in stock. Only had size 6 and 13 and I drove all over town til they said they had my size so I drove in and they literally had a size 6 and a size 13 in the boot I asked about. Lady was rude, told me, check online before you come (Which I did!) Then told me shes sorry she cant help.
