Highly recommended bridal/ bridesmaid services! Burcu has been such a pleasure to work with. My sister and I both are having dress alterations done by her and she was very easy to get in touch with. She made great recommendations during our first alteration visit. Not only was she very professional but she is so sweet and makes you feel very comfortable ! We can’t wait for the final product!

It was great, the two ladies that helped me just looked at me & started grabbing dresses they thought I would look good in & I went straight for the dressing room. They all looked so lovely! They quality of the dresses were not cheap & they all fit well. I ended up leaving with a dress that accented my figure very well. The ladies were very patient & made sure I looked the best I could look! The service was great, the prices were not outrageous, the overall service there was amazing!

This place is amazing! A hidden treasure in Chula Vista! Cute boutique shop with excellent selection of dresses and gowns for every special occasion. Lisa, the salesperson, helped me pick the perfect wedding dress with matching veil. She went above and beyond to help me find the right style and fit. Small shop, meaning there probably isn’t as many dresses you would find somewhere else but the dresses they DO have are absolutely stunning!!! Lisa was so kind and collected. Very professional- I was shopping for my quinceanera. I have not met 1 quince girl who didn’t get their dress from Bella’s! And I have not met anyone who was dissatisfied with their service. Absolutely no regrets. My quince was coming up very soon and I was in a bit of a rush, they require 20% down payment before you order (which is very good compared to other places in San Diego)! We had not fully completed the down payment.. one week later than we should’ve paid; we went to finish the down payment and Lisa had ordered it anyways because she was worried it wasn’t going to come on time!

I did a purchase, I simply wanted to exchange my veil for a longer one and Lisa was not willing to exchange even though I was willing to pay more. Shes not friendly and lacks people skills. Isnt too polite unless you do a purchase. Dont recommend this cheap, no exchange, final sale, made in china boutique.

Looked everywhere for a dress for my quince and came upon this store amazing they had all different dresses in various colors I was so happy to find an amazing dress Lisa was a very helpful she took us as soon as we walked in had good ac and furniture also had really beautiful tiaras and jewelry I would totally come here again.

Lisas customer service is wonderful. I definitely recommend this shop above all in Chula Vista. Clean and very organized.

After going to 5 different stores. No one really wanted to help us. Lilly’s creation said you can only try on 3 dress. Another store on the right hand side said you can’t try on dresses.Next to Bellas so please don’t waist your time very rude prieta lady with glasses chewing gum steaming a dress. Princesa at plaza Bonita had old dresses some what helpful. We walked in without an appointment to Bellas Boutique .The owner was very nice and welcoming. She thought we were her 6pm appointment . I told her we weren’t. She said she would still help us. Took her time with us my daughter said yes to her Qiuncenera dress and even cried like a bride. Bought the dress!! Large selection of beautiful dresses.

I bought a dress for a quinceanera lady .... I paid premium in advance and the day I went to pick up the dress there was little light in the dressing room. My daughter measured it and it didnt fit very well, but it was the smallest dress in that style, the woman in charge told me at the time. So I paid for it and took it to me and arriving home I noticed that it was stained with deodorant, it smelled bad and also had black spots like someone tried to cover them but they couldnt remove them .. I dont even want to imagine what it was .. I communicated immediately with the person in charge of Bellas Quinceanera & Bridal and she told me that what I saw and said was not true since she supposedly supervises, irons and checks the dresses before handing them over I kept the question in mind: because she has I have to check so much if they are supposedly new dresses? or used? .. I affirm that my daughter stained it when she put it on but that was not true since my daughter does not use deodorant yet and I measured it myself. person assured me that it was new .. One: either he is calling me a liar or the truth he wants to cover the pigs that they are doing .. He told me that he will not return any money or give me any credit and do what I like .. ..Although not me and I said that It was not the money since the simple dress cost $ 81 with the tax ... and without alterations ... so I was excited about the party and it didnt hurt to pay what she asked me but if I told her they should be careful because a party It is something very special .... Nomas were not responsible for the damage and they washed their hands just like that .. I would like everyone to be careful when they are going to buy in this place ... nothing professional and dangerous if you are going to have an important event where you dont want any of this to happen to you .. I speak only from my own experience ..
