She took the time and had a lot of patience with all my questions I had. She offered a Solution which was awesome . I truly appreciate when a business has someone to help customers with patience and gives solutions. Another thing that I want to mention, they are not a business who is money hungry . Many shops do not care how there work comes out, they want to charge and collect money. And this shop actually decided to give me time to come back and fix my problem. My Family has been customers for this shop for years. I just got my car tinted, they do a good job. But honestly what gives this place a 5 star review is there Customer Service. The girl who works there honestly helps you a lot. And answers all your questions. Her and her attitude only is awesome. Very Friendly and knowledgeable. Hope her boss see this review and gives that girl a raise ! (LOL) Pricing is fair. Shop is nice and clean. They even have a bulldog as their shop Dog, which is pretty cool. Good clean looking tint, and they do it real fast too.

My rear windows tint was all bubbly and not cute. This morning I went to get my car serviced at the dealership up the street and asked if they could reccomend a good tinting place. They told me about Apple Glass. I figured I would drive up the street and talk to them and book an appointment.When I got there, the girl that helped me (sorry I didnt catch her name) was pleasant and friendly and they were able to work on my car immediately while I waited. It took maybe an hour and 15 minutes and I was on my way. The waiting area wasnt the greatest but I was all about the instant gratification and typically you wouldnt wait for a tint job. I would definitely make plans to make an appointment and drop your car off if youre getting more than 1 window done.All in all, a good experience and the most important thing is that my window looks great!Thanks guys!

I asked for a quote for tint on my car a week in advance and got a reply within minutes. They were able to book me an appointment the same week I decided to go with Apple Glass, showed up the day of and they were ready to take my car instantly. Staff treated me very professionally and talked through what needs to be done and what options I had to make sure I got what I wanted. The wait time they told me was accurate. I went to go pick up my car and showed me the old tint that came off my car and walked through how to take care of the new tint.They used SunTek tint for my car and they look amazing and was able to feel the difference on how much more cooler the temperature inside my car was from sitting in the sun versus no tint. Would definitely recommend before summer time so that your car keeps cooler and keep your interior from deteriorating from UV. Also, staff that will treat you professionally and also very chill.

Excellent customer services, friendly atmosphere.

Went to get power window repaired. They were very secretive about what the repair was. They would not let me see what was broken,and then charged me for a new part. I sat in chair outside and never saw parts truck pull up. Then they showed me the part wrapper that they obviously had from a previous job. It was a BMW part wrapper. Only problem I was Driving a Mercedes. I checked out part online, because they said the part is interchangeable, the parts are totally different, This place is a total ripoff. Do not take your car there.

I wouldnt go anywhere else for this kind of service for our vehicles.
