Awesome spot! They get down with all food and have anything u need for a bar/cigar lounge!! The cegar lounge is separate! So you non smokers can go to another area they have for kids and obviously non smokers.

This is my second and last visit, and I don’t recommend this place. The employees are not friendly and did not make me feel welcome. Last week we visited the restaurant with my husband. We asked for a beer that is on the menu. The waitress did not know if they had that beer. We gave her a second choice, just in case. She promised to check. After a long wait she brought the pitcher without glasses and did not tell us what kind of beer it was. We requested glasses from another person and we got plastic cups. We almost finished the beer before they served us the food. It was not a busy night and we wondered what caused so much delay. Looked like no one cares.Tonight I made an online order. I went to the restaurant after I was notified that the food is ready for pick up. The first person lied to me, that they are still working on my order. Then another one said that the restaurant is busy and will take awhile. Finally after a long wait a third person stated that they don’t have the order.He started to check their system, doubting if I paid and placed anything. And then he saw the order and I had to wait double time and not getting a calamari sauce… Dissatisfying and disappointing.

Love this place! The food, the staff, the patrons. Great place for groups, especially on Aloha Friday nights when they have live music!

Bad customer service.. me and a friend just wanted a pitcher of beer and a CUP OF clamato juice to drink with it.. server took 10 plus mins to bring a shot of clamato.. like BRUH for reals ???? Then charged us more when we asked for another cup which she brought another SHOT of juice... why make us wait 20 mins for FOUR SHOTS of juice before we even take our first drink???

Wow, this place is awesome! Love the location, ambiance, service & food gas great.Love that they have something for everyone in the menu. Outdoor seating is super fun too.

Great atmosphere, great alcohol selection, and amazing walk-in humidor... but they overcooked the pizza, forgot the sauce for the chicken tenders, forgot the lemon for the calamari, and the slaw was terrible. Nothing anyone whos ever eaten or made coleslaw would ever consider anything remotely resembling it. No carrots. No cabbage?! No vinegar. An extra $5 for literally one cup of shredded ice berg lettuce in plain mayo. The calamari was good, but the marinara was bland, and they forgot the lemon. The pork sandwich was very small for the price without any sides, but would have been great, if they had made it with coleslaw instead of lettuce and mayo. Or if they had remembered the pickles. I would imagine this place might be fun for drinking and smoking cigars with the boys, but the food isnt cheap, and its below average quality. Multiple orders with forgotten condiments, and what they did remember was very forgettable. Honestly, I doubt well be back.

Just went in to purchase a few cigars. They have a pretty good selection in their walk-in humidor. Prices were very reasonable from what I looked at.

Just drinks, great service, took an order of wings home. What a disappointment, very small and way overcooked to the point that they were crunchy. Come on guys you can do way better than that. Otherwise great place.

Went there a few weeks ago to celebrate a coworkers retirement. And totally had a blast! The manager, david I think his name was, was super friendly. He came by the table a few times to check on everything. Really great service all around!

Great place to just hang out, very chill vibe. The owner is great and hes from New Yawk!!!! We went two days in a row and the burgers are great!

Staff was extremely friendly. I had the blacken pastrami and ordered frys. The Texas corn was great. All the TVs had sport on which is great to watch and have a conversation also. A great place for us to unwind from work.

Today Wed 6th Oct at 630pm I had a really bad experience. I came into the bar and the waitress took 20 min to ask what i want and when I asked I need a rum and diet coke she took another 10 min to figure out they were out of Bacardi white. Really bad experience and service.

Found this spot while waiting for my fav pizza spot to open. After seeing 4.8 reviews and #6 on some Chula Vista Foodie list, decided to try.Walked in and it was nearly empty and still waited to be seated. Staff was no where to be found. Sat in the covered patio which was nice. Any seat has a good view of a TV. The whole patio is a smoking section since this sports bar also has a cigar shop.Ordered the calamari, Cuban Style sandwhich. Calamari was like chewing on rubber bands and there was nothing resembling anything Cuban about the sandwhich. Everything was previously frozen, microwave and served. I spoke to the 2 owners there which were the acting staff and simply just said its bar food. So thats whats expected. But they overly expressed how their wings were the best around town, so decided to try....nope, they were hard and dry, previously frozen as the rest of the food. The only good experience was the beer. Nice and cold but since the staff owners were too busy on the phone, the service was really bad. Walking out i thought to myself, have i had a worse experince than this?So food was horribble, service was bad. The place itself is nice to go watch sports but they only operate on a beer and wine license. So no hard liquor. Wont be back...

Ordered food from 3N1 on grubhub and was initially quite PO, when the delivery arrived and the order was missing food. I Called and spoke to Casey the manager and without hesitation he fired up a fresh set of food that was forgotten by the grub hub delivery driver, and he got in his vehicle and physically delivered the Food! Now that’s some customer service! I seriously doubt any other restaurant in Chula would do the same gesture! 3N1 is a premier establishment and the food is excellent. Go see Casey and show this business some love and support! Make sure to wash your hands and wear your mask.

First time there. Great if youre a Cigar smoker, if not the smoke will get to you. Appetizers were very good. I had the Chicken Nachos, which were Good but Ive had better and my friend had the Chicken Tenders, they were actually Very Good. Beers were nice and Cold. Bartender was on it, he was there when we needed him and the TVS were Good

Still in its soft opening, but a great addition to the area. Food was great and menu has plenty of options, although a drink menu is still in the works. Kids food was made fresh and not frozen. All the staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly.Cigar humidor and smoking area had a lot of attention put into making them, and was separate from the nonsmoking area. Looking forward to seeing this place mature out of their soft opening, because it will easily be a hot local spot.

Well since smoking is allowed at this location its a great place to meet your friends and make new ones.Also my late brothers son held his reception here and Ive been told he had a wonderful time. I got there late. Even though my Nephew and Bride had already departed the hostess Savanna had held back a few slices of cake for my son and his daughter. So all in all everyone was happy they got cake and i got to have a cigarette with my beer

The place is usually pretty quiet. However they always have a decent beer selection and the food has always been good. Menu is typical of what you would expect at a bar/grill. They have cigars and a large patio for smoking. They recently started selling lotto tickets.

Was able to watch the NFL game I wanted and ate a great meal! The salad and burger were best Ive had. Great service and great place. My daughter and I returned for a great lunch. Thanks again!

Came here since they have a cigar lounge. I had not been certain concerning their stogie choice however discovered they have a lot of leading rack cigars. The lounge was big as well as aerated also. The team was terrific. Savanna introduced herself and also asked our names which was a nice touch. Such a great area as well as fairly wonderful to have a lounge near my house. Ill absolutely be back.

OMG! I love this place . I came looking for the Italian restaurant that used to be here and for my surprise, its now 3n1 Sports bar / cigar lounge / wine cellar . The food is delicious, the wine selection is great, and the cigars must be pretty good from what I see..... nice environment and cheery customers. But wait, it gets better; the service is fantastic! Casey is the guy who greeted me when I came in, offered his wine list and did a fenomenal job at making me feel at home. 5 stars for sure, Ill be coming back!

Food was good, except the warm cookie sundae. The cookie was not warm at all. Its mostly bar food and somewhat overpriced. Service was incredibly slow. Very poor service. Because of the service and unapologetic attitude of the server, we will not go back.

Perfect spot for friends to gather in a fun, casual setting. I hosted my husband’s birthday party in the cigar lounge, and the owners were so accommodating with everything. We will definitely go back to hang out and smoke cigars.
