DO NOT SHOP HERE! Horrible customer service! Their employees have no customer service skills let alone any social skills. When you’re in an industry that sells practically the same merchandise as a bunch of other stores in the same area then customer service is that much more important because that’s what’s going to be the difference maker. Better off going to a different store.

I started getting Instagram advertisements on my phone for these guys. And I noticed that they put out great, one of a kind, hats. As a hat collector, I was totally into their inventory and designs.On a chance conversation with a coworker. I mentioned the place, and its somewhere he visits often. My coworker suggested I go on a Friday in order to spin a wheel for some free swag, if you spend 15 bucks.So after months of waiting for my next Friday off work and available, I visited Billion Creation. I was not disappointed.Im born and raised SD. And Im always looking for a new SD hat in a new color and in a new variation. Billion Creation had plenty. Including the serape hat Ive been wanting to acquire for some time. Its beautiful.The staff was attentive and way more enthusiastic than Im used to, to help me look for my right hat. As my head size goes between a 7 3/4 and a 8 and its not a typical size stores carry.The staff was more than helpful to search the back, through the rest of their inventory, to find my size.The service was great.As well as the prices.Go to the mall or the Padres Store and youll expect to pay 45 to 55 bucks for a hat.At Billion Creation the hats on sale ranged from 20 to 25 bucks and the rest were 33 to 35 bucks.Billion Creation has a huge inventory of all kinds of hats. For every team and every sport. Its well worth a trip down to Chula Vista for your next hat.I highly recommend this place.

They carry hats,shorts backpacks all great items, Alon with new and retro Padres merchandise and other teams but a plethora of Padres hats and jersey type merchandise... The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products they carry .... So go ahead check them out...

I ordered a beanie online from this store which by the way wasn’t available anywhere else so that’s a plus and it arrived in like 2 days which is another plus, I just bought another beanie right before making this review, this place is fantastic!

I took my son there and spent over $200 on Hats,Socks,and few shirts.We went back to spend more money and when we tried to try on a shirt They said that they dont allow us to try on clothes. This Policy has lost you a customer. Went to Zumies and tried on clothes with no issues..Ill spend my money elsewhere.THEY WONT LAST LONG!!!

The new era hats here are fake ... go to Lids and look at the new era stitching on the side. It’s sown in right? Well not the ones sold here ... I bought TWO and didn’t realize they were fake till I saw the new era symbol was coming off.just fyi .. I used to work here
