BORN & RAISED here & gave back to my community, from the good ol days of footballCastle Park High school alum class 98, to community college Grossmont(2000 Southern Cal Football champs) & 4 year State University college Bowling Green 2001-2002 top 25 team in the nation(Urban Meyers first recruiting class) & I would hold free mini football camps @Otay YMCA/Otay Elementary on my college breaks & have some of my teammates come down & local athletes & during spring break I would be a coach at Martin Bayless free football camps here in Diego. Anyhow, I came to do my laundry and when I was finishing up I realized I had only 18 minutes to dry my clothes and a VERY RUDE STAFF member told me I have only 15 minutes & she was gonna close. WOW, I guess this is how the new customer service is in the southbay because the 7/11 across the street did not want to sell me scratch tickets even though you can purchase them anytime there but not cash em. This is crazy. I will NEVER wash here again and TRY NOT to go to the 7/11 on Melrose & Orange Ave(the small fat bald ugly Arabian manager is RUDE & has NO RESPECT)
The washing machine didn’t fully complete the cycle. There was still soap. I reached out the person on duty who told me that there was nothing she could do, that I should had checked if there was soap remaining from previous washes and that I had to pay again to wash it (this time only with plain water) I had to pay $10 to wash one comforter. Unfortunately, I have to rate this business very low because of their poor customer service. We come here to do laundry and dry cleaners all the time but we will have to look somewhere else to go since now we know that they won’t take any responsibility if something goes wrong. Instead they will put the blame on you. (I called the owner’s number however I haven’t heard from them yet)
Very nice and helpful staff they keep the place and washing machines clean.Come and try this Quality Wash Coin Laundry
