Good selection but certain type of decor the shelves are empty. Some items are a little pricey for something you are using probably once.

The store manager Eddie was very helpful when I went to the store. He made sure an associate helped me find what I was looking for. The store is one of the more organized Halloween stores in the San Diego area.The store itself has a wide variety of Halloween apparel and decorations.

I went I because of my impromptu Halpern party and not only found what I needed but got great deals from the manager! She said she wanted to do it because Ian a Nice person. She doesnt even know me but she said that I do slot of nice things for people do she was inclined to do the same to me! Its Halloween and Im HALLO HELL OF GRATEFUL!

Lines were super long only 2 employees at the register...i stood in line 15min..but the employees there were very nice. Just not great staffing for the day before Halloween

Best selection of halloween costumes, great customer service, the place is not crowded maybe cause its a little hidden. Talked to one of the employees and I told him I was surprised about the place not being busy and he said he believed it was because they got a bad location. Dont waste your time and come to this store. I went to halloween club and party city not a lot of costumes and aweful customer service.

Wuauu a place I cured never had seen it I think they only work 3 months but an incredible variety of costumes of all kinds, many accessories or everything you find there and at very good prices.

Very bad customer service, I had a 20% coupon which does not specify if it excludes some products and when paying they entered the code and I did not grab it, they told me that I could not use it because they had just sent them a letter telling them that For the fornite products they cannot grab any coupon, I told them that the coupon did not say that it excluded so it was a false advertisement and they told me that they had just removed it because those products are selling a lot and I told them neither in the coupon nor In the area where the products are, it says that they do not accept coupons, they spoke to the manager on the phone and he could not help me either, he told me that even with his number he could not make the discount, on one page I found another 25% coupon which if it happened without problem and a worker named Britani claimed that they could not catch it even if it happened in the system, in the end she discounted 25% on an item and very annoyed she told me that they will not give me another discount today or another day, my annoyance is because If the second coupon passed without a problem, it bothered her so much and was adamant about not accepting it, then why do they send the coupons?
