Best gas prices in San Diego, California! Pretty busy and bulk items are good for larger crowds and families, but can be challenging for a single person/couple.

Gas station always backs up traffic and I think the city needs another store . Other than that it’s a great Costco.

Store is fine! 3⭐️ rating is exclusively due to the poor parking and flow of traffic at this location. The busy Costco’s at Burbank, Oxnard and Inglewood are much easier to get in, out and pump gas.

The store is nicely stocked and the food court has tasty food. Parking can be a bit difficult sometimes, but there are usually some spots further away from the store.

Costco is Costco.. no one beats them. I regular shop at costco and its awesome especially if you like to buy in bulk.. its cheaper and beats even smart and final at times. I just used it to buy a discounted 2 year membership to 24 hour fitness. Love Costco

What reminds us when we go inside Costco? To me it always reminded me of being in the South. Always busy and crowded, in a good way. Most of the things we all need are in there when it comes to what we need, especially for the kitchen. And one good thing they sell a few bundles of some product.

Found everything and then some. Clean nice store. Lines are short in the mornings. Friendly staff.

Didnt go into warehouse store, just gasoline. Super lucky! Pulled straight up to a pump. This was lunchtime, just before 1 pm. (By the time I finished there was a line of 4 cars for each pump.) Gas was cheaper by 50-60 cents than any surrounding stations. Thank you Costco!

Worst pharmacy experience, waited about 15 for me to be called to regerstier for my appointment. Once I got called up I gave her my insurance but wanted to take payment in told her that my insurance covers the flu shot. She then told me that I can take a seat but that I would have to wait longer then my appointment time since 3 people where ahead of me. She could have started with that before she took down my information, it seems she just wanted to get rid of me.

Costco is great to get bulk items but pick your timing carefully. the parking lot turns into chaos near the gas station & the lines in the store can make it difficult to go down the hygiene/vitamins/snacks aisles. but the pizza is 🔥

Costco is just such a great place to shop. Good deals, good food, good people

Costco is the most amazing place for costomer service. thats why I dont mind a member ship fee. Plus there daily deals are great too,oh also very thankful for there food court. I only wish they would sale one gallon milk instead of two.

The worst experience ever with the staff and supervisor. When the supervisor decides that it is more important to haggle a person that wants to buy basic necessities for the family and decides it is more important to push for sales on memberships-- it comes across as disingenuous and ill-mattered.If the bottom line is affected so much that you would rather deny customers to buy necessities (water, toiletries, etc), despite the fact that the family member in question is working two jobs and literally cannot be present because of that, but still continue to pay for a Costco membership-- its a disgusting practice. Why would you ever deny money, and alienate future generations to even think twice about coming to Costco?Id rather take my business elsewhere than to support a supervisor powertripping and belittling customers because their parents are hard at work. He was awfully rude, didnt want to even give the time of day, and dismissed us like we were children.

Beware of the staff who wears a smiley mask. I was in a hurry to go the restroom and saw this man, about 55-57 height, average built, whos standing between the entrances of the male and female restroom. He walked towards me and whispered, Hi! so close to my left ear that I was taken aback. My initial reaction was to walk faster and ignore what he did however when I was about to leave the female restroom I saw him again, thats when I realized that he works for Costco. This happened yesterday around 3:30-4:30pm.

Extremely busy place, feels overcrowded. Parking and getting gas was a challenge. Business has grown but store design is not user friendly.

Well stocked, manageable lines, the parking lot could be bigger. The gas lines could really affect the traffic flow on busy days. Try to avoid shopping on typical paydays: the 1st, 15th, 30th.

Just went for gas. 4 pumps each lane! And diesel too! And at least 30 cents cheaper than other gas stations nearby.

Youre average, everyday Costco. This Costco location in particular never seems to have anything of interest compared to other Costco locations throughout San Diego. For the more interesting items, Morena Blvd or the Costcos up north would be better.

Love shopping at Costco they have so many different thing and at a good price! Gas is usually cheap in price. Ask the items they sell are awesome. I always find what I need. If I dont usually go the to their website.

Food court can be hectic. Ended up 30 mins for my pizza when it had been done quicker but was never notified.

I needed some new tyres and did some shopping while I waited for my car to be ready. This is unlikely to happen to you, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call from the tyre centre telling me my car was ready to be picked up as I waited to have my receipt checked.

Like everywhere else in the world with reasonable prices and goods for family.

My experience is related to racial discrimination. When I walked in today, my husband shows his membership card to clerk REGO! Then REGO rudely stopped me and asked me why I went in? I was frightened by his rudeness. Then I realized that he was looking at the light bulb in my hand. It was the light bulb I was going to return that after shopping.He asked me rudely as if I was a thief. Holding your own things in your hands .And have own membership card. Why does this person have right to stop me and yell me. Just because i am Asian ？？？？ Don’t I have the right to Costco with my own thing in my hand? Finally Rego didn’t explain anything. He just rudely pointed at the exit and tried me to get . Then I tried to complain, I found manager named Bobby. He is really a good leader to protect rude employe.I got another This kind of irony, except for the expressionless sorry, he did nothing. When I strongly asked for a complaint, he just told me that he knew that when I asked for feedback, he told me that there was no feedback. I don’t know what Costco rules for the manager to handle complaints. Nothing??? Does he represent Costcos attitude toward racial discrimination? I tried to stay feedback Bobby looked at me disgustingly. My husband saw all this. Finally, I gave this feedback to another manager, John Patug. When I got home, I try to contact customer service on the Costco official website to complain. Very ridiculous. The online customer lady tell me she couldn’t find any record for i leave!!!! Absolutely the record of any complaints I have in this store, I know that my efforts today may have gone into the trash can .

It was fun walking with my grandson and daughter after not seeing them almost a year. Very frendly people cleam and check out people keep there distance.

Picked up my new glasses. I know these are the frames I picked out but they seem much smaller than the ones I tried on. And the vision does not seem correct on them. They are my first time getting progressives so I will have to wait and see what’s going on.

I am an old customer of this location. Their merchandise is the best on its line. Be prepared to pay high prices, they are worth it

Costco is great when they have what youre looking for. Parking lot crazy full, clogged lot lanes with gas station cars, and the shopping patrons- be sure to give yourself time.

Good location near Chula Viata but so many cars during weekends. Foods are being service outside. Some items are not available like floor mopping cloth. You could get your passport photo taken here. They even know other countrys format like Korea.

Surprisely, finding parking was quick. Crowded but, was able to get in and out bc of self check out.

There are some products at same price as Walmart, Target, Aldi or other supermarkets and there you can chose sizes flavors etc. But on the overall is good.

Doggone this place! Shoulda called it the $100.00 Club because Im good for at least that much every time! And I have to walk by all the sensuous big screens on the way in? Who does that to us, guys?Actually, the people are great, the prices fair and youll always find something you need to fill that cart! Have a food sample for me!

The food was great and the prices were reasonable. However, the employees particular person who helped me or tries to assist was rude to me but I kept my composure because I dont want to make a fool of myself but she was. Maybe she just having a hard day.

Despite living in a two person household Costco is one of my favorite places to shop because I never have to question the quality of what Im buying! Not sure how recent this is or if its at other locations, but I did have to show my membership card at the outdoor food court.

I ordered 2 Poster photos size 11x14 Matte finish and they were ready for pickup within 1.5 hr. Quality is okay. The only thing is theres a 0.5 inch white strip on the left side of the portrait that Costco didnt cut. Im still happy with the prints though.

It was like any other time that Ive gone there its been clean helpful employees. Parking was a little hard to find because theyre doing construction work. Im not sure once its all cleaned up itll be nice again

No bakery section just really wanted a cheesecake. 😔 nor green grapes, honestly nothing that i actually went for was available.

Costco is a treasure. I’ve been a happy customer since the mid 1970s. They have impeccable values. A product doesn’t go on their shelves unless the buyer would have his or her family use it. They don’t have everything under the sun, but almost everything they do have is good. Best place to buy wine, beer, and hard alcohol. Much better meat than what you will find at a major supermarket. Perhaps the best fresh bread in town. And it doesn’t matter where you shop at Costco. - San Diego to LA to Long Island to Ft. Lauderdale - everything (even the meat!) is exactly the same! It’s almost as if they keep butchering the same prize steer over and over again. Cheapest gas in town. Best place to buy new tires or a battery. And what they don’t have in the warehouse, they offer online. Hungry when you get there? Have a high quality hotdog and a soda for $1.50. Downside? You may have to buy in larger quantities that you’d like. Also, the pharmacy employees are often rude and inconsiderate. Same with eye glasses, but last time I checked those people were not Costco employees. Their return policies are more liberal than any place in town that I know of. Get this: almost the entire corporate profit comes from membership fees. Yep! Add up all the membership fees and the total comes very close to the net profit for the company. Think about it. That means that everything they sell on average is given to customers at cost. I LOVE COSTCO!

Very busy during a weekday, but you can still make it through the store somehow!

Since I havent gotten a clubs membership card. I wasnt allowed to buy here. Not even buying a sandwich for my little girl on the outside take out shack they have. They said that if you are not a member, you cant buy here. Which I think its very silly. Honestly I dont recommend this place. I think they said that a one year membership costs $60.00. Not down with such.

The E street Costco is by far one of the best layouts for the easy going shopper. Wide rows of merch well organized and managed.

Business was clean and employees were very friendly. Produce was fresh and most items were well stocked.

Things are easy to find. Well stocked, but very crowded today. Did not have to wait in line. Masks still required to shop here. Fuel pumps were down for a little while. Had to wait for computer reset about 10 or 15 minutes. Still a good selection of products inside the store.

Meh.... just another open warehouse that has stuff at a discount. Its great to see self-checkout lines. Not sure when Costco put them in but it seemed like no one else knew about them either because one of the store associates was announcing that the lanes were open. Still a cool place to find good deals on bulk items.

Love Costco. Friendly enviroment, bit crowded. Have about 97% of everything you could possibly need, and at a reasonable price. Gas is cheap-er then anywhere else nearby so i really prefer going here to fill up.

This is the best costco ive ever been to (so far). Food court is not so packed, was able to sit down and eat right away. Line to get food wasnt bad as well. For the inside, lots of good deals and its not chaotic at all compared to other stores. I absolutely love how friendly their staffs are. If you want to go to costco and you need that calm moment, this is the place for you 😉

Kerri W. was great at discriminating me for my Hispanic race, but also accused me of abusing my membership for using an EBT card. Its very laughable how these employees treat customers but even more so that the Manager cannot take proper feedback or corrective action towards their employees.

Significantly nicer than the chula vista location, think I will be going to this one and also the poway location as well

This place got some good stuff. More stocks in comparison to other Costcos. They got self-checkout here- much faster.great customer service from my experiences here. Just go be a member.

Great store except in the food court where you pick up the soda, the employee had gloves on and was straightening up the stand and touching everything then moved the garbage but didn’t change her gloves started serving the sodas and even touched the inside of the soda lid. She’s protected but not the customers since she didn’t change her gloves. Employees need more training.

I like going to the H Street store because their aisles are neat and orderly. For the most part, they usually have the items Im looking for in stock. This time around they were out of bottled water and diet sodas. But with Covid, this does happen. My experience was good and we even got through the line in decent time.

This COstco is alright...It had a horrible supervisor by the name of Bill or Will but i heard he moved to Missouri..Thank God...so ill start shopping here again...He was just awful to us as customers a few years back.

Went to the gas station here today for the first time. Lining up and entering is a bit of a zoo. Traffic flow should be set up easier. Cant believe this is what the locals have to deal with regularly to gas up.

Went early during senior hours. 8am to 9am. Easy to shop and get items. They had tiolet paper and paper towels. No sanitizer wipes. They had pork prime rib for Christmas. I had never seen it there before. It was delicious.

Its a costo, I went for gas. The lines werent too long and price was under$4 a gallon

Very busy location! and the traffic flow is one of the WORST I have seen in all the costcos in San Diego. Personally, it is a little bit more busier than Mission Valley, which is a very close 2nd place. If you live North of Interstate 8, I recommend the Costco in poway, traffic flow is really good, and its never that busy except Saturday and Sunday morning.

I went there to buy a car battery, I brought the old battery and they discount $15.00 dollars, I paid. $127.53 tax included. Autozone wanted $159.00 plus tax. No brainer. Dont forget to get a hot dog and soda for $1.50 at the deli !!!!

What can I say ....Costco is the best. This Costco is almost the best I have been to. My only issue is that the tire guys are not that friendly....not mean or rude...just a little short. But the store as a whole gets a 5 star
