Have been a long time customer at coin mart jewelry. I had a pendant custom made that I couldnt find anywhere. Not only did it come out exactly how I wanted it, but it was the best price I found in all of San Diego. I also sold a old ring there and they offered the best amount possible. Making sure i left very satisfied. The staff is great and very professional. Ask for Christine or Kurt and they will take care of you.

Finally found some quality gold earrings :) The selection is wide with a variety of every style and jewel. I could spend hours in there! Also, the prices are extremely fair. Christine helped me to try on every pair that tickled my fancy. After buying a pair, I decided later that I wanted to exchange them for another pair I was looking at. They happily exchanged the pair for me. I will be back to have my wedding band adjusted or maybe even replaced. Good spot for quality.

I was blown away by the expertise, customer service and friendliness at this place. They did an amazing job at sizing two rings and gave me an excellent deal on a beautiful state piece that matched my vintage engagement ring beautifully. The rings were ready before the expected date and they called me right away to let me know. They took payments over the phone for a layaway item and within a day or two got my receipt on the mail with a hand written thank you note. These folks really know what theyre doing.

She doesn t even bother to test the gold and when I ask if its real she only tells me she cant give me that information unless Im reall sell it Ive never had an issue till she started helping me. They bought my jewels for A LOT less than other jewelers. The gold price was around $40 per GRAM at the time, and they gave me $17 per GRAM.Go elsewhere if you dont want to be jibbed and lose money.

I was told coin mart was bad but want anyways been there long time, soI needed to sell my two tone 18k gold watch i went to other places was was offer a lot more then coin mart young man look at it told he can give only $200.00 they had the same one in there store for 10 times what he offer I found out they work on commission so the less they give to customer the more the buyer make its seem I was at used car lot !!!dont know how chula vista keep them in bussiness I want around to otherplace and got what I wanted, they no good !!!

Stay away!!! Old white guy (owner I think) tried to jib me out of $600, told me my gold was 3.5 oz when it was 3.75 oz. HE RIGGED THE SCALE, idk how these guys are still in business

What a rip off, 45.00 under to sell them a Swiss Gold PAMP bar. BlueVault in Mission Valley pays 12.00 under. Furthermore they will not except any sales below 1500.00, go elsewhere.

Terrible service forces you to buy a minimum of 1500 dollars in cash products so as not to pay for faxes and so they do not report it really very badly the prices are high which explains the sumptuousness of the place
