Super busy on a Saturday night, but I noticed every kind of person at this location. From the high class, wealthy individuals who dresses immaculately... to young player, wearing the latest street fashion, whos trying to navigate his way through this crazy world and just be happy. A lot of positive energy was in there!The service was great! The the employees were very polite and respectful, offered condiments, and super efficient. Reason for the four stars, drive thru wrapped around the restaurant. You could not park in their parking lot, so I had to park a little ways away to go inside. I guess those are good problems to have 😁

I had the most delightful evening with some of my younger Family members who took me here for a late Mothers Day get together.The line went quickly, our order was prepared to all of our satisfaction and we were able to sit together and enjoy our meal with no problems.The food was delicious as only In-N-Out-Burger can do and I was introduced to a few items on their secret menu.All in All it was an Awesome ex pretence!

They lost my order and another customers order so the wait time was extremely long. Management never did anything to compensate for the situation. Food was very good but customer service was extremely poor.

Compared to other In-n-outs: 20+ minutes wait for dine in and the buns were over-toasted(almost burned).I am not revisiting this location- maybe if someone else pays but not my money.Benefit of the doubt- super busy, maybe?New person on the grill- maybe?

First In-N-Out Ive had in 3 years and it hadnt changed a bit, it was delicious!! Consistently fresh quality fixins, fresh bun served hot off the grill with grilled onions and melted cheese. It was so good I got another! Only wish they had these outside of California.

Food and service is very good. But like always, the wait!! 20 minutes to receive my order.

Drive line is long for a reason. The food is worth the wait and the staff is always awesome.

The food was great. Employees are inattentive and rude. They gave my to go order to other customers. They returned it back. I asked for a cup holder, and straw, and spread, no one heard me. Repeated three times. Then called the manager. The manager is a very nice person.

Surprisingly, there was no line when ordering inside. The server was friendly and efficient. It took about 7-10 minutes to get the food. I ordered #2 cheeseburger combo, animal style on the burger. Dont get animal style on the fries, I think it would cost you about an extra $1- $2. The pink lemonade was always a little too sweet, but that was at every In-N-Out.You must eat the fries right away. If you wait 20 minutes, fries will no longer be good. Thats because they clean, cut, and fry fresh potatoes. The facility and restroom were clean, and there was plenty of parking spaces. All in all, definitely a great place for burgers. Not a lot of options...plain and simple menu.

Wow. Hamburgers are so good. 1st.time here. My 10 year old Nephew said this is the place you can get really good hamburgers. Well, it is good. Thanks Nephew for suggesting this place.So, the official hours open at 10:30am as stated on the picture of the hours. However, they open at 10:00am for people who like to eat earlier. Yum!! Got there just after 10am. People were already eating. Imagine that!

Went to drive thru at 12 am and waited 30 minutes to receive my food. Burgers were great but I wouldnt dare waste my time again for it. Once you pull up youll see why its taking so long, the grill that they use for the burgers is very small.

So many people...very busy!!! They got my order wrong...two times! I ordered a single hamburger no cheese and my husband double double with cheese....I get after we waited 20 minutes...2 doubles both with cheese! There was just too much going on to take it back and wait some more...I love it though.

Waited almost 40 minutes just for a very rude employee to take our order. No eye contact, rushed us, and looked very annoyed when we asked questions. No, the food didnt make up for it either. Fries were cold & the burgers were dry, so it was definitely disappointing. Chocolate milkshake was the saving grace. Been living in San Diego for almost a year now and always bragged to my friends & family from out of state about how Ive always gotten the best customer service here. I knew one day I was eventually going to have a bad customer service experience and unfortunately it was at In N Out Eastlake.

The burgers are awesome, the animal fries are to die for! And if youre daring enough you may try a 10 meat patty and down it with a Napolitan extra large shake,. This place is very good and tasty.

This location always has a super friendly staff, very clean facility, and everything comes out hot and fresh. I really like this location because it’s so close to many great shops and the VONS grocery. I highly recommend to anyone in this area.

I prefer my burgers to be cooked a little longer. Next time I will request it to be well done.

Fast service if you eat inside, long lines outside for people using the drive thru. Burgers are a reasonable price for the quality.

You get what you pay for.The place is nice looking, but there is nothing special about In-N-Out, I thought the burgers were better.

My first time at In-N-Out. Perhaps I was expecting too much. The food looked better than it tasted. Burger was fine, but the meet a bit dry and dark as if it was deep fried. The fries were dry, almost like crisps. Perhaps that explains why so many people ask for cheese and various sauces to be put on their fries. Milkshake was very creamy but not very cold. Not sure if I will come again.

It was so delicious I had a double double with animal fries and an extra large pink lemonade.

Been awhile since I have had a burger from In-N-Out. This place in some ways reminds me of Five Guys because of them making your burger fresh on the spot. The difference however between the two is that In-N-Out is cheaper and taste better but of course that is subjective to everyones personal tastes and preferences. Service was quick and the staff were extremely pleasant especially the manager I just dont remember her name, but its hard to find good customer service in fast food joints. Will definitely be back.

If youre one of those people who will wait in your car an hour for a burger, Im not into that. Im into friendly people and they always have those. I wonder if they ever hang out together off the clock in those uniforms and just get wasted and go harrass McDonalds drive-thru workers?

This location has quick friendly service, but sometimes long lines. The food is delicious, as with any In-N-Out location, and simple. Ive been through here many times and Ive never had an issue with my orders or taste of food.I recommend this location if you love In-N-Out.

Other than the parking not really being suitable for the amount of vehicles this In N Out is awesome. The staff are very courteous and take care of you. This is my In N Out of choice in SD.

So four stars because normally everything runs smoothly considering how busy this place is at all times, and the people are great. I do just want to say, with such a popular restaurant its important that the employees are capable of handling the fast pace and bigger crowd. The little girl working the window with the pink mask tonight might need more training, totally unnecessary to have an attitude with customers over your own mistake. Maybe she needs a personal day after such a long line of people, seemed stressed. .

Lines are long, but theyre pretty efficient at keeping it moving. There will another location opening close y soon, so that will relieve some of the congestion here.

Best burgers in the area by far. And the fries are awesome!

Everything is made fresh! The location was very busy but we did not have to wait long. Although a counter service fast food place, there was a young lady walking around cleaning tables and smiling! She even brought us our food! I observed the employees and they all seemed very happy and worked well as a team. The burger and fries were great! The place was very clean and bright! Love the uniforms and large safety pins on the aprons!

I ordered inside, and was waiting for my food. A guy without a mask got in, the cashier didn’t say anything but still let him order food, he was speaking right above my drinks. The drinks was in the same area where the customers speak and order. This time they let someone without a mask in. I asked them to remake the drinks where it wasn’t being hovered above customers trying to order. Not sure if this place has common sense. What the heck are they doing? This place needs to train their cashiers not to take orders from people without a mask. Don’t go here if you wanna increase your chances of getting covid.

Place is ok, do not go on a Friday night, thats when all the high school kids are there trashing the place. Im sure any other time is good.

Excellent food and service as you would expect from any In-N-Out fast food restaurant. Only negative is that it is always packed with people in both the restaurant and drive thru. That is evidence of their success. Highly recommended

Delicious food and drinks! Luckily I live in SD where a lot of In-and-Outs are so it’s not a far drive! We came to this In-and-Out for my birthday in February and it was raining so we got free Hot Chocolate! It was delicious! I would go to any in-and-out but I did this one for the exceptional service, and for putting a fun and tasty end to my birthday!

Location is a little far for me but the staff is friendly and quick when I go. I prefer this location over the national city location.

First of all, its In-N-Out which is one of the best and most cost effective hamburger fast food restaurants in the state of California. This location has consistently been the cleanest one Ive visited, and Ive been to over a dozen both in CA and in AZ. The staff has also consistently been courteous and efficient. This location has also been the least busy even during peak hours. This isnt too say that they arent very busy, but their physical location being further out from the congestion seems to lend its self to a better experience over all. There are several In-N-Out Burger restaurants in SD county, but if this location is close enough that it only adds a few minutes to the drive, this would be the location Id recommend!
