This is a busy store, the staff is always nice, friendly and always helpful. They have new products and sales at all times. The prices are good and the quality of done of the items is magnificent. The store is clean, there is plenty of parking, they have handicap parking right off the entrance. They sale food, clothing, shoes, sofas, chairs, electronics, housewares, electronics, toiletries, snacks, drinks, water, milk, nuts, teas, coffee, creamers, energy drinks, spaghetti, sauces, pans, seasonal items, air fryers, some odd and ends products. Its easy to get lost in all the products they have and their prices are reasonable. A lot of the products you find are some of the products that they sell at Costco. Some products get to the store and they sell fast and they will never be seen again. So whenever you can make it there if you see something you like get it, chances are you will not see it the next time you come into the store. Again the cashiers and staff are super, super nice!!

Found some good deals today with the use of coupon. Great bargain. Will definitely come back.

Every time I go to GTM, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I just wish our store was bigger with more items. I shopped or at least three times a month.

Great for Cost-co items that were opened. Instead of buying 18 protein drinks, you can buy just 1. Unfortunately, always out of promotional sale items.

The prices are great. However, the sales signs were missing so many people werent getting the deals as the clerks didnt know the sales. Also they were selling cheese 2 days expired.

I shop here at least once a week and every time I go! theres never enough cashiers... Waiting time is unnecessary! The worst thing is they always have allot of staff So I dont understand why they always Only have 1-2 registers Open!

Got the gtm email, jumped in my car, went to several gtm stores to buy several specific items listed in the email, and there were none left anywhere! ...disappointed!

What a great place to go shopping. I don’t want to talk to positively about the store because I want nobody else to know about it. So don’t go there. They have nothing that you might want at unbelievably high prices. Stay away stay away stay away from my favorite store.

Store is in bad condition employees wow I was impress need lots lots of improvement in customer service I ask for help and the guy never show up, they dont greet dont smile the ones in floor I was surprised my checker cashier she was very nice products are all mess up, broken pieces in shelfs I know is store what ever costo dont sell but please have someone check products on shelf horrible.

So so deals, a lot of Costco returns, closeouts, etc. Some things are overpriced and packaged items sold individualy. You got to look hard and regularly for good deals.

Better customer service

No line to get in and the pricing is very, very good. If youre looking for a Neiman Marcus atmosphere youll be in the wrong place. It looks like the way I keep my garage, neat, organized and clean. No fuss. No decorations. The service was excellent as well. Salt of the earth people. The security guard even took me to the one item I couldnt find. Good job to the manager. Clean and no frills. I could go there in my pajamas and feel comfortable.

Now this place has a lot of good stuff for cheap and im a little confused about why theres no talk about this place but real good prices

I been coming here since they open their location in Chula Vista. This spot is my go too when I need to find good deals. Staff is always friendly and on top of their game..Good management. But lately, some of their prices are about just the same as in the stores and they have less and less mens clothing, my only complaint.

Great bargains. Great deals every day. Its like a giant yard sale, but with new stuff. Most of the items Ive bought have been very well worth the trip . Staff is friendly and usually say thank you. I highly recommend it.

My checker was efficient and delightful

I found some good deals, but too many of the can goods, bottle goods, package goods are expired goods. So many of them are good as of October, November, and December 2019. We are in February 2020. I mentioned it to the cashiers in the last three times I was there, but when I came back, nothing has been taken out.

Most older people do not have access to the smart phone and printers, to print weekly coupons, so I suggest you add them to the persons phone number.

I LOVE GTM! The prices and deals are amazing! I love the weekly e-mails, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. This is by far my favorite store in San Diego. I tell EVERYONE about GTM!

GTM Stores are always an adventure, you never know what you will find there (always at a discount and even discounted more with their coupons). We have wanted to try an Air Fryer for sometime now. We purchased one at GTM for less than $50 (elsewhere the same one sells for over $100). It has changed the whole dynamic of our Kitchen.

I went in to look for specific item, had to ask for help due to being an item that is in glass case. I had t8ue most helpful team member help me out. I think she went out of her way to guide me to the right item at a great price. I am so happy I chose this store for my purchase

Nevermind, I went from 5 stars to 1 in no time!-Lots of food with expiration date.-Ask the to check electronics in store, a lot of it is defective and returns from other stores.-BE AWARE If you do a return, any kind of return even if the merchandise is defective they will ask for I.d. And do a profile under your name.-check original prices on your phone buying, most of the time its overprice.

If you dont mind a dent or two and the best by date being close this place is great for deals. But also clothing, furniture and housewares as well! I got a pair of yoga pants here for $7 and love them! They are still in Amazon for $14 so Im happy!

We went in for drinks we like to have different options. They have alot of variety and you can buy one or twelve.. Came out with amazing beach chairs for $20 each and Mikasa 65/piece cutlery for $50.

I went with my brother because he buys items at GMT based on price and quality of product. Secondly, the store is 5 minutes from my house. It only took one visit to make me a new shopper. I frequently buy asperigas and GMT sells them for more than half the price of more popular food stores. Let me also add the product is frequently sold out and replacement is not purchased on a regular basis.

The store has great items at good prices but it is very messy. Lots of boxes are open where it looks like people have taken parts out of stuff. I was looking for barstools but they only had one of each kind no pairs. I’ll keep looking!

Place has horrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE. These people dont know how to work at a retail establishment, they had a sign for 75% off all gardening decor, figures and statues. Lets say the employees there need a dictionary as they do not understand what constitutes decor. I had lights for the garden, a decorative bird feeder and a garden plate to hang... according to the cashier and the supervisor Silvia H decor refers only to statues and figures. They love false advertising at this store, I am actually filing a complaint with the BBB, I have a picture of the sign stating these thing where 75% off, its their fault they do not understand what decor means, there was no fine print anywhere stating statues and figures only. I bet they made load of sales with people not knowing they got ripped off with their false advert pricing on the shelves. Supervisor Silvia was ride and horrible, did not want to honor the price.GTM youve lost a life long customer here, I was buying way back when you had stores in downtown san Diego, then moved on to the lemon grove store when that closed down... Chula Vista store is the worst!PS I did contact customer care well lets just say they said they would take care of it still did apologize for horrible treatment from the supervisor. Id rather purchase a grocery outlet, they have better prices on most things just check some stuff here is way more expensive and expired!

The prices are so very hard to beat! Selection varies, so the only caveat is that if you happen to find an item you like, you want to make sure to stock up, because you may not see it again.The service at this location is great, even fellow shoppers are a great resource, I have had some great product recommendations from both. I guess smart shopping creates a good mood and kinship.

Great my first time

Brand new store in a great location we needed one in this area. I like how they have all the new stuff and everything very affordable. GTM has been my favorite store for a long time and wanted to Lemon Grove. Luckily now we have one here in Chula Vista. Great!
