Do not do business with this company. We were charged for our items in July and here it is Feb 1 and we don’t have the items! The biggest issue is that NO ONE will answer the phone, emails or call you back! After almost a dozen attempts to reach someone I am requesting a full refund. I never leave bad reviews for businesses as I want them to succeed but at this point I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake as we did!

They take forever to deliver uniforms, they blame it on everybody but them, cero responsibility

Worst company ever with horrendous customer service! This company is all about how not to do business. Its been more than 45 days since I ordered Jerseys for my child and there has been no update. The website is an antiquated HTML webpage with no order status.For any question about our order, we need to email them. The email response is a standard one: We have sent your query to the vendor. If your job is to act as a middle man, then Id rather go straight to the vendor. So far we have emailed them 4-5 times with the same standard response.And worst of all phone calls always end up in voicemail.

I love Prime Sports. I have been going to them for 5 years myself, but have been dealing with their business in some capacity for 20+ years. I love the friendly staff, great prices, and awesome gear. Anything I need or want I will go to Prime Sports. I have sent numerous friends and colleagues to them because they get the job done right. It’s fast, simple and always correct. Vince and Steve are amazing. Randi and Mike and pretty awesome too. They make my staff and I feel like we are a part of the Prime Sports family. Worse place to order one single team Jersey. Place my order first week of October. Got a response November 8 that my Jersey barely being worked on. Horrible Cant do business with such slow productivity. Not recommending

Prime Sports does a great job and delivers great products. I’ve used them several times for custom sports apparel and I’ve never been disappointed!

The staff at Prime are legit. I always deal with Merc and hes incredibly helpful. Orders are always on time and the product is always better than I anticipated.

Loved the jersey and it was ready as promised.

They products are decent but our team design is nice.... but they were a week late with our orders

Excellent service, professional staff

Order was ridiculously late and bad customer service. Order took 17 days to ship out. Others on our team have not received their order when they ordered before me. Beware of shopping for your team uniforms. There are others out there.

Horrible service! Ive had problems with this company twice i ordred shirts several weeks later order not even started i have emailed/called they never return back...VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Prime sports is trash.

It is a company that does not meet the time that it says that the uniforms are going to be delivered to you and you still have to come to pick them up at the warehouse, they charge you for shipping, they keep that money because they charge shipping per piece.
