Worst attitude from the a hole tending the register, no maners, rude

Very bad customer service, i was waiting for someone to help me out for 15 min., There was a person working on the back he saw me when I came in and saw me waiting, and he never took the time to say someone will be with you in a moment or something, but he had the time to turn on the radio. And its not the first time it happens.
