Active duty and veteran friendly and employed. I asked for the most ridiculous hats available. They delivered.

I had a hat embroidered at lids, 11 letters and a line in between to separate two words. $53 (including the hat) limited fonts to choose from, and the placement of the words were off. Even after explaining it to the employee. The 3D embroidery is hardly 3D, stitching looks on the cheap side.. definitely wouldnt recommend it. overpriced for the quality.

Ive been waiting out side for a whole 45mins past the time they said they will return.. its 3in the afternoon and still waiting on them

They never answer the phone. how are customer to know if they have a hat in stock if they dont answer the phone? waste time and physically go there only to find out the dont have it?

Store personnel seemed bothered and not knowledgeable about store product shipments. Ive done business at this location before and get the same customer service. Ill gladly take my money else where.

Good selection of hats I just didn’t like how the hats were up charged like 5 bucks from msrp.

We needed a custom hat made on very short notice (during the holiday shopping rush of course). The staff was incredibly helpful, completed the project on time, and the finished product was exactly what we were requesting.

If you buy one, it was a 50% discount. Many types of hats and overlocks were available. Additional products such as hat carriers and hat racks are also sold. The staff was so friendly that it was a great place to buy a hat. It was good to be able to buy MLB cap cheaply than to buy in Korea. The parking space is enough for department stores.
