The lady that was working at the time I stopped by looking for a diet pill, was very helpful. She looked up the pill I was actually looking for on her computer and told me its available at Walmart. I asked her if there was one that had energy and something for weight loss. She then showed me one that was for exactly what I needed. Shes sold me burn

I am 100% satisfied with the service and products from this store. The staff is friendly, and they even remember me. They are very knowledgeable about the products and have recommended the best products for me to reach my goal. In the few months Ive been a customer, Ive lost 11 pounds and 6% body fat. I feel great, and Ive done the fist unassisted pull up of my life. Ive even got a few people hooked on some of the products I take. Thank you guys for helping me work towards my goals!

Very poor customer service. They lied about their return policy and to ignore the return policy on the receipt. They told me they will either refund or exchange if I dont like the taste of a protein powder, which means I have to open it to try it, which contradicts their return policy that says you must return unopened!I have purchased over $2,000 a year in product from them. I purchased $90 dollars and $120 in the same month. They refused to exchange or refund me on product that had been tampered with prior to my purchase. I had told them the products came with an unsealed tamper seal and I wanted a refund. They said no and they said it had to be unopened product.How convenient for them to sell me used product and then I try to return it after discovery that it had already been opened and they now will not exhange nor refund me. Its outrageous, highly unethical and they have lost my trust and me as a long time customer over this on incident.Do not trust the staff and when purchasing always use your debit card as credit. Do not enter your PIN. You will never get your money back from any company if you use as PIN.Shame on you people at Chula Vista for selling me opened and used product, in addition to lying about your word on making exceptions for good customers.Ive reported you to the BBB and to the franchise board I will be posting this incident on my personal blog that has over 50,000 readers/subscribers locally. I recommend boycotting this store until they change their business ethics and learn to treat customers fairly without deception.Trust in consumables is highly important and to sell unseal tampered product and scam me out of money and product is not only unethical but unlawful.I have never heard from the manager for an apology or compensation of any sort to this day. They all should be fired by the owner.

Website says opens at 9! I waited outside for almost an hour to for someone to tell me that they open at 11. Update your stuff!
