With the stay at home order for virus they came to home while other professionals stayed home and call back later. Glad I had connect hearing in Chula Vista I am a first timer and they are great. I bragged about them to other people

I would like to say I am extremely appreciative of how Mr.Avo helped my mother Maria. My mother was extremely worried about what is happening during these trying times which makes it hard since she was unable to hear much of the news updates. My mother was to afraid to go out and did not want to go to her appointment. Mr.Avo was so understanding that he volunteered to come to my mothers house to drop off her hearing aids. My mother can hear much better now. I am at ease and I cant think him enough for his willingness to help us out.

My father was referred to Connect by his doctor I have nothing but good things to say about the young asian Mr. Avo. He was patient and took the time to explain everything. My father had a lot of questions for his first hearing aids. Nam Avo, HIS took such great care of my mom during her visit to connect hearing and her fittings. My mom is 90 yrs old and it I needed to return to his office multiple times for tuning up her hearing aids. Mr. Avo took the time to do whatever necessary to improve my moms experience with her hearing aids. He was patient, kind and his expertise made us feel at ease. Although my mom ultimately was unable to utilize her hearing aid, Mr. Avo was always clear that it was about patient satisfaction and we were able to return the hearing aids with no pressure. Choosing a good hearing aid provider is crucial to the whole process. I am 68 yrs and was very reluctant to try hearing aids but due to the aging process which caused my hearing loss, especially in noisy group situations, led me to Connect Hearing. Alice Dobek was my hearing specialist who provided great service and had a thorough knowledge on all aspects of hearing aids. She also had the newest technology and products. Alice did extensive testing to determine the right hearing aids for me and let me have two trial periods to see which hearing aids I liked the best.
