This place is super amazing I brought in said a couple quotes from other places said it would be about the same price Miguel was a huge help very friendly. They told me it would take a week or so. It only took them a day and it was way cheaper than the other places around. Then Sonia cashed me out quickly and efficiently with great customer service. This place is my new favorite place and I definitely come back.

First time taking my Yamaha 950 cruiser for some tune up issues. Allan Wilde the service manager handled my order. Top notch service and attitude. Very patient answering all my silly questions. Very up front and straight forward about the cost of the service from the beginning (no hidden fees or gouging). Will be back. My go to shop from now on. Sonia at the front desk also very helpful and genuine. No wonder they keep growing and expanding. Good personal touch to doing business unlike the bigger dealers where they seem to toss the ball around and charge you for unnecessary things.

Worst place ever, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else so you dont end up stranded on the side of the road the same day you pick up the bike. I initially showed up with a pair of new break lights, universal speedometer and a few other parts requesting that they be installed along with a turning signal repair. My bike was there for 1 WHOLE MONTH. as Im pulling out of the shop my headlight started turning on and off before completely shutting off and my right turning signal was STUCK and WOULDNT TURN OFF. And to top it off MY CLUTCH WAS SO LOOSE EVERY BUMP IN THE ROAD WAS MAKING IT FALL OFF WHILE I WAS RIDING. And the cherry on top was when he told me I never brought any parts in. So I guess my new speedometer, breaklights and break master cylinder just magically dissappeared along with all my bikes reliability and functionality. After all that they couldnt even start it when I went to pick it up... fast forward two hours later and now Im stranded on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck. IDK WHAT I PAID THIS SHOP$160 FOR THEY SUPPOSEDLY FIXED MY TURNING SIGNALS AND NOW I HAVE A SLEW OF OTHER PROBLEMS. FML!! 🀦

Tried calling the weekend before I drove 2 hours to look at a bike. GSXR had 22k miles and blue book was 8500k. I was told Kelly Blue Book is only a guide they do not have to use. The sales men could not get me down to walk out the door for less than $9300. I had question in an email that were never answered but I drove down anyway from Long Beach. Got the same bike in Long Beach for $8900 and only 5k on the odometer. They could have had a sale if we had talked prior or we got a little wiggle room on the price.

Took my 2011 yz450 here for a top end job about 2 years ago, went overseas days after I picked it up when it was finished so I never got to ride it, just got back and put fresh fuel and oil in it kicked it over and immediately seized up, frustrated I took the valve cover off, timing hadn’t been set properly, the timing chain tensioner hadn’t been set properly and it it had bent a valve. After you spend over 1k$ on what would seem like a simple task by a professional, you would expect it to be in top working order. Unacceptable. I let them work on this bike for 4 months, and now I have to tear it apart again.

Its going to be my first time buying a motorcycle, so I came to see what they had...They have a decent selection of bikes. The staff that aproched me at first were really down to earth(Mario & Manny you know who you are!!) They let me browse thru the motorcycles and sit on them so I can really get a feel for the bike.. About 10 min later on my own, a lady comes up to me and says do you need anything? I let her know the guys had already helped me and thanks. She then told me I couldnt be playing with the bikes( In a rude way) becuse her boss was coming soon, and he would be mad.. Let me add that I wasent even on a bike when she aproched me. I was just grabbing the handle bars.... And obviously not playing with the motorcycle lol. After that, I just took my bussines elsewhere...

This is by far the best bike shop around! Ive been a customer of theirs for 7 years now and have never been disappointed with any sort of service or price. Took in my Hyosung GT250R and within a few minutes they diagnosed the issue. They did take awhile to get to my bike (a little over a week) but in their defense, when I dropped it off there were almost 30 bikes from customers in front of me in the room. So it is understandable. They called me when they got to my bike, and informed me of what was being repaired and what new issues were found.Issues with my bike were an exhaust leak, nasty carbs, leaking headers, and fork leak.My bike ran smooth and shifted without any resistance after their work. Ill definitely be back

I like that I am not hounded when I go in there to check out a bike. I will probably buy one soon when time is right. It is a small shop that probably cant afford to put someone on full time, so customers should lighten up. Smitty will sit down and give you a deal. I took my employee there to buy a used SV650 and he sold it with virtually no loss 2 yrs later. The service guy knows his stuff and the prices are good. If you ask for a discount, you will probably get it. I have. It is a new shop location and they will do well there in time. And also, they just got Kymco and Benelli along with a bunch of used BMWs, Hondas, Yamahas and Suzuki. I like the a shop like JP that doesnt feel so coporate!

Had my Husaberg 650 rebuilt there. Worst $1300 I ever spent. I brought it in because it wouldnt start on the starter button, but would actually start if you pushed it. They claimed 100% leak down in the cylinder (which others have claimed impossible for a motor that runs), and then claimed that my brand new piston was cracked (they sighted down the spark plug hole to determine this). I told them to go ahead and split the motor to put in a new piston. Turns out the lateral scratches in the top of my new piston (which they etched into it) caused their misdiagnosis. I should have taken the bike from them right then and there, but the starting problem still needed to be fixed and I hadnt actually seen the scratched piston at that point so i said go forward with the rebuild. Took about a month to get back, but they did get it to start on the kick start lever. A bad starter motor was their excuse for the bikes continued inability to start on the starter button, though. After some research I determined the problem could be due to a stressed auto-decompress spring (which worked fine before I brought it to them, by the way). So I popped the rocker cover off and there it was, the second sign of malicious intent. My brand new, bright silver, zero hour cam chain had been torched (probably by propane) over three links to the point of blue and black discoloration in the metal (I have pictures). The cam sprocket showed similar discoloration directly underneath the chain, so it couldnt have been that the chain was accidentally torched on the workbench while heating some cases or something. Looking at the auto-decompress on the cam I saw the third sign of malicious intent. The auto-decompress mechanism was 180 degrees out of position with respect to the sprocket. The fourth sign of malicious intent became obvious when I drained the new oil and found a dark brown sludge of gasket and silicone fragments along with what looks like cotton throughout the oil. All this stuff I can fix, but what about the parts I cant see! At this point Im left wondering what other parts could have been sabotaged.....and why??!!! Did they figure repeat business from me as parts begin to break catastrophically inside my motor?? If youre a bike owner thinking of using these guys for service, think twice……and twice again. JP Motorsports, if youre following along, get ready..... Ill be posting my story all over the net!

Then I called him two days later because hey, maybe the man got busy. So he said hell call me back. He even took down my name and number and read it back to me. No call back. The sale department is a JOKE! Only a newby or a fool would purchase anything from JP Motorsports. All of their used bikes are WAY over priced. Check the Kelley Blue Book value and youll see what I mean. RUN! RUN! RUN!

Shawn, the only problem with your ride is the kill switch, I had a 1994 Honda VT1100 that did the same thing, I never used the kill switch after playing around with the bike, I noticed that the starter would engage when I pushed the bike forward a few feet and then it would start, I then never used the kill switch to turn bike off, just put kick stand down to shut bike off and hit the start button and bike started everytime after that.
