It took a long while to even get into the office to order (about 30 minutes due to Covid19 social distancing protocols). Once I was able to order they helped me right away. The product was excellent!

We try to shop local. And we still havent learned. EVERY time we call or visit RCP in Chula Vista, its the same old thing. We end up going to the bigger Lemon Grove RCP or even more often, some other company like Thompsons. This morning we tried twice to call RCP Chula Vista. Just to ask ONE quick question. Do you have soft white mortar in stock, for brick and block? The first girl said please hold and we did. We held and held. We used another phone to call Home Depot. Nope they didnt have it. We called another boulder place nearby. Nope they didnt have it. We finally hung up from RCP and called back. May have been the same girl who answered. We asked again about MORTAR She said you mean white cement? Then said she was with a customer and please hold. While we held again, we called Thompsons in Lemon Grove. YES! They had it! My husband drove over there to get it while we were still on hold with RCP. I wanted to see how long it would take for her to get back to us. I had to give up and hung up. Can we just not bother with this location anymore. The guys at RCP in Lemon Grove are way more helpful, by the way.

Great products. However, it was near closing time, still had a few mins on the clock, I had 1 small question & all I heard was a young female state were closed with her shrewd voice. So, we purchased several thousand $ of products elsewhere. The guys outside were very kind & helpful. However, this 1 girls only priority was to clock out. She made my decision very easy.

RCP is very expensive compared to other rock places - Southwest Boulder and Stone has much better prices and same choices. Was able to purchase three times as much rock from Southwest Boulder and Rock in Chula Vista (compared to RCP). I will not be returning to RCP.

The people here are really helpful and offered suggestions and tops on how to easily complete my project. Better selection than other stores, and a ton more options in catalogs.
