This place is very family friendly. It is across the street from a elementary school, so it is easy to walk to and from. The pool is great in the summer. It is a larger park and it is kept clean. There is a phone number to call if you have any questions.

Managers are very nice and easy going person. Theyre always able to help in Anything. Love them

Always having homeless/crack heads stealing stuff… can’t even wash ur clothes in the laundry room because people might steal them. Supposedly they have security but you never see them.

Swimming pool is open 24 hours 7 days a week and all the residents are upper class and respectful.

No internet. (Owner wont allow it in all of Brentwood unless its satellite) Cant use pool unless its summer. Bunch of stray cats taking dumps on peoples houses. Train in 1 AM very loud. This is not a place for young people or people who need internet for homework or Gaming. This place is garbage!!! Best if you find somewhere else. I wish the people that sold us the home let us know of all this. I hate it here. Cant wait to move out of this dump soon. Complete garbage
