Ive been a customer since 2016. I have a very large family, lots of birthday parties. I get all supplies and pinatas from Party Productions. I am never disappointed. The quality and price and customer service is great. Im a customer for life.

I have been a loyal customer to Party Productions for about 8 years. They have been there for every celebration for my family and friends. Every time, I never left unsatisfied. They always came thru with everything that was asked of them and everything was always so beautiful so it was a no brainer when I decided to go to them for one of the most important celebrations of my life- my engagement party. I went in on Monday and after talking to the staff, I felt good about my purchase and planned to come and buy more later on this weekend with my fiancé. She had helped me pick out the perfect piñata for my party and was very friendly. I left satisfied and content with my purchase. I came from a long distance just to this one store because I was always happy with their service and party selections. They are a bit pricey compared to other stores but that wasnt an issue for me because I was loyal to my favorite story.Then life happened, and we had to unexpectedly cancel the party and put it on hold due to some personal family reasons and every other store,company, caterers,etc was very understanding and I had no problems with the cancellations or refunds until I called Party Productions. Keep in mind, I had just purchased the piñata less than 24 hours when I had called to cancel. The same very nice lady who had helped me the day prior, had picked up the phone. I explained my situation to her and thats when I noticed that they werent at all what I had talked them up to be. She was very unapologetic to my situation and informed me that they dont issue refunds. I had explained to her that I made this purchase just the day before and it hadnt even cleared thru my bank yet and she proceeded to tell me that they can give me store credit. Mind you, my purchase was $70! If it was like $10, maybe but $70 of store credit was just insane to me. I had explained to her that the party is on hold indefinitely and she proceeded to tell me the store credit wont expire and that I can always give it to my family or friends to use. Her lack of emotion was absurd to me. I honestly couldnt believe what I was hearing. I mentioned that I live far away and I wouldnt be returning to the store and she continued, no surprise, to tell me that she cant give me a refund, just store credit. It was truly mind blowing the kind of service I received. Its wrong to not give someone their hard earned money back and its worse when they dont really care, they simply just sound like a broken record and just proceed to tell you the same thing over and over again. Not once throughout the phone call did she apologize for the inconvenience, she just kept saying that I can use it for something else in store. I tried getting a hold of the owner, Javier, multiple times and every time I call, I get the run around. Its unfortunate because I have shelled out so much money and business to this company. I am honestly so glad I didnt make any other purchases that day, like I was going to, because I would have been $200+ short of money and all of that would have been refused for a refund and put on a store credit. Thats not a way to make business, or get customers or even keep the ones that theyve had for a while. Extremely disappointed in them and I wont be recommending this establishment anymore. Its upsetting that they refuse to come to a conclusion and only care about the money and making sales. Unfortunately, my hard earned money has to be spent here due to the refusal of my refund. Never again. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone else and I have already notified everyone that I have to not use them anymore because they wont be there for you as you are with them. Horrible customer service and a very horrible experience. This establishment once earned a 5 star rating but now has earned a rating below zero if it were possible. You would get better service at a hole in the wall business than this. Extremely unacceptable.

Totally recommend this place, best piñatas! I ordered a Chuky piñata, when my son saw it hes reaction was priceless.

They took care of things for an exact date and time and upon arriving at the place they say that they have not arrived that if we want something else or of another color they took care of things two weeks in advance so that at the time of picking up they leave with that. Terrible service

The attention was not very good, because when the person who attended was on the phone on a personal call and did not greet me or offer help, I had to go through the store to find what I needed, when they finally treated me they said that what I wanted to buy they had exhausted, this was the only thing that I did not like, they have centers of tables for very nice childrens parties and also they have things that you do not find in party city, the prices are in the middle range
