Best Michoacana Ive been by far!! Amazing customer service!

Admin is the best worker there she was so friendly!!but some of the other workers are sometimes rude..but still love this place!

My waffle bowl came without a waffle and I got Cheese and cream on my dorilocos????

Had such a pleasant experience! Everything is so delicious! The two young ladies that work there are the best! Always being so nice and they’re so funny too but also so helpful and attentive. Overall my favorite thing there is their elotes! 🙌🏻

I never tend to leave reviews but I had the worst experience earlier. I went to buy a yogurt and to start with she’s rude (the lady that took my order) and looks like she’s so unhappy working there which makes me as a customer feel not so welcomed. Also the fruit tasted from a day before which idk if it was because of the yogurt or what but I’ve had yogurts before from other places and it definitely didn’t taste the same. I was so disappointed...

Ive ordered a few times here and I can say that almost 90 % of the time they have got my order wrong or something is missing. Today I ordered through uber eats and I just received a partial order ( again) . Horrible customer service dont even bother to answer their phone. I will be spending my money on another place.

Bad service. The ladies have bad attitude. They forget to add certain things in orders. The one time I went there they didn’t have anything. No cheese for an Elote. No nachos. And no hot melted cheese for the nachos.

I dont know how this store doesnt have better containers to send deliveries with UberEats. I ordered some Strawberries with Cream last night and got a soup in the bag. They should honestly put a lid on it because UberEats is too expensive to throw away food. If they really want people to continue ordering and supporting them during the new social distancing rules, then they better secure the orders.

The palettes are delicious and have a good presentation and the yogurts are very good and I really liked the Ferrero snow. It is my favorite in that place in Velda. I recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are not friendly, they give credits and then they do not respect them.They should train their employees to be kinder to their clients, since it is their job and that is what they eat.

One of the best shops to eat garnachas the service is very good and everything very fresh always give me everything I want and as I really ask for the best michoacana there is around my area
