Enter looking for a pressure pliers among other things. Studying the varieties I made my selection based on price and construction. Ill pay. The cashier tells me that the price is not the registered one. I inform you all are at the same price and even a labeling. Go talk to a service representative, the cashier told me. I go and he tells me it seems they marked it wrong, it was a new employee. So I tell him I go back to the cashier and inadvertently mention that Im going to take some photos to show the cashier. remove the marked merchandise. The technician literally proceeds to physically push me through with the intention of arriving first, when he got to where the merchandise is, he proceeds to collect ALL the merchandise. He turned around and I struggled with the pliers that I had in my hands. I inform him that I am going to make a complaint, the representative speaking over his shoulder says do whatever you want, no one is going to do anything to me! Embarrassed, frustrated, I left everything I came to buy and left the building.It was childish, aggressive, hostile, threatening, shameful, humiliating treatment, and I was treated with so much ignorance that it is incredible.Im never going back. No one in my family is going to go to Ace Berrios and I am going to mention it to everyone who wants to listen to me.
