We had a wonderful time visiting Burger Farms Fall Festival! It was a lot of fun and there were endless activities. It’s geared for kids and our younger family loved the games, the train ride, and the hay ride! We loved picking out pumpkins and even saw a proposal which the farm helped set up!

Had a great time. Wish they kid cut off for free wasnt 2 and maybe like 5/6. We should have been doing this years ago

Such a beautiful place, the kids had soooo much fun and there was plenty of stuff there to keep them busy...I would definitely recommend going and checking them out..

We have been going to Burger Farm now for the last couple years so I guess that means we 💕 going the hayride is the best and our grandkids enjoy it so much

BUNNIES BITE One of the bunnies bit my daughter. My daughter was bleeding and crying, and the rabbit lady just shrugged and said, animals bite. No one working in the rabbit area offered any help or first aid, no vaccine or rabies certificate, or ask which rabbit bit her. The hand washing station at the farm was out of water. They should have a sign warning people with small children that these rabbits bite, tips on handling, and a phone number posted for who to report animal bites to. I was with my daughter the entire time, she was not rough with the rabbit.

Way to expensive. When you pay $12 per person to get in everything else should be included! It is $1.50 per ticket….. $4.50 for a 60 second pony ride. Really enjoyed the band though!

This is the only place I buy my houseplants. The plants are all healthy and can usually be found in a variety of sizes to fit your needs. They have newly renovated their space and it looks amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing - love that! If you’re looking for anything plant or garden related, I highly recommend stopping by!

We purchased several potted plants on Wednesday July 28, 2021, Friday 30 July, 2021 we noticed two plants were not doing well. Only the black eyes susans died in two days. Burger has zero warrenty on perennials. We followed their direction of watering twice a day while we waiting to put them in the ground but that made no difference. Personally, we will not shop here ever again, there are plenty of other nursurys and hopefully they will warranty their plants.This all being said, while we were at the nursery, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. it was a positive shopping experience but we did not ask about their plant warranty...who would have thought these would have died in two days while the rest are doing fine?

Love Burger Farms selection, quality, service, and prices. I recently moved 30 minutes away and tried suppliers in my new area- both big box and local nurseries. Still went back to my favorite place in Cincinnati.

Always the best. Every year, I try going to different garden centers but always end up back at Burger. All of the Proven Winners supertunias and superbells at another center today were far too leggy and dry. Burger had a smaller selection because of demand but the quality was SO much better. Ill never go anywhere else!

Absolute rip off for the Pumpkin Festival… $12 per person and that barely includes anything. Spent $30 on 20 tickets for rides, after $60 to get in. On top of that the rides usually cost 3 tickets per kid. I will never come back to this pumpkin patch.

A great spot to shop for plants, they have a good selection even in the winter. I’ve purchased a small ginkgo tree and multiple house plants here and they are all thriving!

We picked out a tree and after getting it home and getting the top layer of mulch off, saw it had a split at the base. Nothing they were intentionally trying to hide. Called them, sent a pic, they called me right back and were concerned about it too. Said it could grow ok but also concerned it could have become an issue. Offered to have us keep the tree and get a full refund or theyd be happy to replace it. Went to pick out a different one, they gave me a new bottle of root stimulator and delivered the replacement tree in about an hour. Everyone was very helpful, informative and upstanding. Thank you!

So much family wholesome fun.. But be prepared to spend.. Was there by 12 and left by 3 and between tickets food shopping and games. We cleared 200 easy which i wasnt expecting for an afternoon at a Farm

This is a quality business. Their indoor plants are first rate, and we go there each year for a Christmas tree. Their prices tend to be at the higher end of the spread, but they are the best in this part of the Cincy area. In the spring, if youre looking for shuubs or trees, you will be happy with what you purchase at Burger.

Great Christmas trees every year. Fun playground area for kids while you look for your tree. No free hot chocolate this year because of the pandemic, hopefully back next year.

The Fall festival is a lot of fun. There are a lot of activities with the price of admission. Our 3 and 5 year old really liked the giant pillow, corn crib, and hayride. We have gone for two years in a row and look forward to coming back next year.

Burger Farms is amazing! The staff really know their plants and have a HUGE variety. I replaced my whole landscaping on the front of my house last year and got everything from Burger Farms. I went back today to get a few more plants to fill in some empty spots I noticed previously and had a great experience again. Their pricing is a bit more the box hardware store pricing but the quality is ten times better. Buy nice or buy twice! I cant wait to see my new Vanilla Strawberry Hydrangea bloom!!

Great store with a large selection of plants. They also provided a 1 year warranty included with our purchase of select annual varieties.All the workers had masks on and the store was clean.

How cute is Burger Farm?! My little ones and I visited for the first time and I was really impressed. The admission that we paid to get in was well worth all the cute little Halloween activities and to top it all off the food was great. We will definitely be back next Halloween!

We came here for a school field trip. The kids loved it! Rides and things only operative during Fall festival weekends. Looks like that would be an awesome time too. The shop had a lot of cool stuff, things you dont see other places. You can tell the people are passionate about what they do here and they are really kind and helpful.

Great and friendly place. Lots to do. Although i did not give 5 stars is because the hayride was included with admission but the pumpkins you had to pay for. I can understand the big pumpkins, but every pumpkin patch i have been to the small pumkins was included that was the hole point in the hayride. We did have fun but i will not return.

Me and my family got up early Saturday 10/17/20 to get to burger farm . We have been there many times before well we arrived to burger farm and only to find out they were sold out which it never said on there website so we drove 1 hour out of our way to only be told we could not get in .Thanks for nothing we will be spending our money else where ...

Went during spring to look for some indoor plants as well as fruit trees. They had a great selection of plants that were reasonably priced. The plants all looked very healthy and well cared for.

Burger Farms is THE best horticultural store in Cincinnati. They always have great advice for any gardening issue. Today I needed to know how to rid my arborvitae of bag worms. I got a solution for that and a product the protect from a pest I might also have but has gone unnoticed.

Currently advertising a 50% off tropicals sale but doesnt include lemon and other citrus trees. Deceptive advertising.There was a stand with citrus plants. I picked up the lemon and brought it to the cashier and asked her whether it was 50% off. She said no.Later, when I was browsing in the shop and the cat, one of the checkout girls asked whether she could help? I asked her what lemons were classified as. She said fruit tree. I then mentioned that in most countries, web sites & books, they were classified as tropical plants/trees.

A great place to buy garden decor. Everything from fairie decorations to resin statues and funky frogs. The plants looked fantastic, if slightly more than other places. Its a shame its so far away or we might go more often.

I called twice to see if they had a product before driving out of my way. I sat on hold between 2 calls for over 20 minutes. Customer service??? Really?? I do not think so. At least a we will be right with you and acknowledgemnent you have been listening to music for 29 minutes would have been nice. I was going to see if they had gazing balls for garden and buy flowers for Mothers day. My Mom goes there. I will share my experience...would not spend a penny in there now.

Best Garden Center in Cincinnati! Wide variety of excellent plant stoked: annuals, perrenials, trees, shrubs... Plus every item you could need for your garden. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.In the fall they have a great pumpkin patch with hayrides etc. Great family fun.

I went for the Fall Pumpkin Festival (late September and each October weekend) with my son. Im glad I didnt take my 14 yo daughter, as I think she wouldve have enjoyed it much. It really is geared for kids. It was a lot of fun for my son and I, and Im very grateful that BFGC provided so many activities that didnt require any more money! Definitely try to visit next year!There are a wide array of free activities provided by Burger Farm (check out the info on their website) which gives kids of most ages a lot to do. If youre on a budget $10 per person is worth it as long as you avoid the carnie games and rides, and have your own food with you. The food prices were high but not outrageous. Many of the activities can even be experienced by adults, although some are really only meant for little ones.Honestly, the carnie rides and games are pretty expensive. One ticket costs $1.50 with no bulk discount, and carnival rides and games require 1-5 tickets/pax.Definitely check the weather before you go. If the weather is bad, Burger Farms will close it for the day, which is exactly what happened on the Saturday Id planned to take my kids.Make sure to dress in layers, and be prepared to clean dry corn kernels and hay out of your kids clothes!

This place is great. So much to do including: music, hay rides, food, rides, mazes, and of course pumpkins! This is the first time Ive been here but I will definitely be back.

I have always made Burger one of my top 3 places to check out when looking for additions to my landscape. The Mimosa tree I bought and had planted by Burger a year ago is almost twice the size and flowered for months.

Ive been coming here since 1974! Always healthy indoor, outdoor, trees, and shrubs! Plus at Halloween time they a puppet show, kid rides, and a hayride! Ive taken my 3 children and now my grandchildren!

They have added many new activities. We had a great time

A really nice nursery with helpful staff. Be prepared that things are a bit more expensive there than Lowes or Home Depot but the selection of mature trees and shrubs is much more impressive.

A customer for more than 20 years. We purchased fruit trees from them for top dollar because of their reputation. After 4 years, we finally got some fruit. The pears were good but the plums were terrible and the buyer has no recourse.
