My mom only uses avid products and every time we are in there, we are greeted immediately with amazing staff. One of the staff even knows us by name and doesnt hesitate to help us :)

I had a wonderful experience at this Aveda store! I went in to buy some shampoo and was offered a free 20 minute facial. Was never pressured into buying anything from the facial but the associates that helped me were so knowledgeable about the products that I ended up purchasing a masque that they used on my face. Overall, a really great experience and awesome customer service!

Camilla is so great! This girl remembered me from when I came into the store almost a whole year ago! She was super helpful then, and just as enthusiastic now. She really knows her product and how to provide the aveda experience. ♥️👍🏼

Ive been a loyal customer for many years and have had good luck with Aveda products. I didnt check my bag until I got home and was sold the wrong product (a face cleanser instead of lotion). Called up the store, and while the woman on the other end was polite offered no help. To correct their mistake I will be driving 35 minutes in the snow during the holiday shopping season to Kenwood. Shame on the store manager for making me do all of the leg work to correct one of their employees mistakes.

I have been using aveda products for about 9months now. within that time ive been in houston for 4 months and Cincinnati Ohio. but i am originally from New York. The most amazing Aveda experience for me was in Kenwood Mall Aveda Cincinnati. The BEST customer service, most knowlegable, caring and most important took the time to listen to me. Offered me the most amazing products for my hair. Thank you so so much Maria, Bethany and Chelsea! this is how every women that has any kind of issue with their hair or skin should be treated. Miss you ladies!

Made a large purchase and was foolish enough not to check my receipt before I left the store. They would not correct their mistake over the phone and simply back out the incorrect charges. Was told there was something unique about my transaction and I would have to return to the store if I wanted the extra money Id been changed to be backed out. My only hope is that I have not inconvenienced Aveda too much.
