The service started out a little Rocky, but she turned things around. All the staff was super friendly, including the manager and helped one another. This was our first time dining here and I really loved the meatloaf meal and I substituted somethings and got mixed veggies. The hubby got the chicken meal which could have been seasoned a little better, but it was fair tasting. Casual environment, more of an older crowd. My mom would enjoy the atmosphere. So I would definitely go back again! Thanks for the great service. Oh and the food presentation was awesome 👌🏾

For the price, this place is overrated.Pros: reservations- able to accommodate a large group.Fresh (but not great) bread and butter (butter was good- whipped and herby)The Bolognese rigatoni was excellent! My boyfriend who loves Italian food said the “noodle is cooked perfectly.”Creme Brûlée was great as well.Cons: price- ridiculously expensive.Food- very mediocre.Salmon I had was dry!! Veggies with it were okay. Salmon corn sauce was kind of gross.

Restaurant was busy but there was a great atmosphere! We got seated by the cozy fireplace with a great view for the game. I got the Lemon Chicken with the Kenwood Salad on the side (at the recco of our server and it was absolutely amazing). Definitely make a reservation if you’re going to check it out!

My wife spent and I spent my 42nd birthday this weekend in Cincinnati. It was absolutely gorgeous weekend to visit. We decided to dine at Trios. We had amazing food and the service was great and food came out fast.

Had a very nice meal at Trio after getting a day-of reservation. My wife loved her chicken meal, and my burger was very good - if cooked a bit past the ordered medium. The sweet potato fries melt in your mouth - excellent. We felt relatively comfortable from a COVID perspective eating inside. It was more crowded than I expected, with most tables occupied, but with glass dividers that rise above the booth seat backs. This was our first visit, and we would certainly dine here again.

Great restaurant. Fabulous and attentive staff. During the weekdays youll find this a meeting place for lots of businesses and in the evenings it moves towards nice family dinners and date nights. Wide selection of food, something for everyone. Daily soups and Salads that mix up the menu. Delicious food and all things considered reasonably priced, but definitely not budget restaurant.

Trio left me with no regrets!While I didnt dine-in I may not be able to comment on the service however, I can say the food was finominal! I had the lemon chicken and I enjoyed it until the last bite. We also ordered their Trio burger and it was delicious as well.I plan on visiting here again and trying everything! So far nothing has been anything less than delicious and satisfying.

Delicious food! I ordered the halibut and my husband had the shrimp and grits. Great quality food and portion size. A lot of choices for kids, they even get their own little menu, so cute!

Now this was my first time here and it was amazing! The atmosphere was nice and elegant. Dark but not too dark. The menu was extensive complete and has a great variety. I had a dinner salad with shrimp and crab meat and a vinaigrette dressing. It was very fresh. The greens were all spinach. My wife had the cobb salad which was very good. The lemon cheese cake had to be homemade but it was airy, fluffy like it was from a bag and they added milk to it. I do not recommend it. The wine prices are high. $15.00 a glass.

I ate at the bar. Great experience. The bartenders were attentive and thorough. I wish they had recognized the witch that I used to date who was sitting at the bar. Of course they didnt know her I just wish they had. Looking at her scowling mug ruined a perfectly good dinner. Maybe next time Ill get a table.

Extremely busy on most days. Recommend a reservation. Definitely tough to do business lunches but the happy faces of patrons around make up for it. Its just that a couple of time my order was bungled but then these are tough times both for the owners and waiters. So wont hold them to it. I have more visits on the cards and will look forward to update my ratings.

Trio is my all time favorite restaurant in Cincinnati my past visit was amazing as usual. My husband and I brought some friends who had never been and they really loved it. We had a leisurely lunch and were never rushed even though they were very busy. The food was phenomenal and service was great. This was our first meal out in a year and it was lovely

My experience here was not bad but not great, just okay. Overall the food we tried was good but nothing that special (imo). You really are mostly paying for the look of the place.Our Server was a bit awkward but sweet. We ordered the shrimp cocktail and it costs $15... You would expect there to be a lot of shrimp but nope, its 4 shrimp over some greens and a lil dipping sauce as you see in the picture. I then ordered their trio burger Medium Rare. It came to me well done with soggy sweet potato fries. Thankfully they fixed it and made it medium rare like I ordered and plus side the fries came out crispier that time around.

Staff was very kind and professional. Atmosphere is both elegant and comfortable. Even though my order came out wrong twice they more than compensated me for the trouble. Food is very nicely prepared and theres enough of a variety to satisfy anyones palate. Gluten free options are available.

My mom, sister and I met and caught up for dinner at Trio for my birthday! Food was very tasty (I had the grouper, my mom had the Branzino and my sister had a salad with tuna)! Also had the creme brulee to celebrate. Cant go wrong there. I would recommend.

Service was mediocre, prices are high for what you get. $9 for a plain waffle. One person in our party got an omelet for the brunch menu today and it didnt even come with toast. The server clarified that was correct. Extra if you want bread.

Very nice restaurant, with a great menu, and staff. Our server was prompt with taking our order, food was cooked to perfection and delivered to our table as soon as it had been prepared. The menu has a large selection of appetizers, salads and entrees - Ive eaten here about ten times and never once have I been disappointed. Large parking lot, and its needed because everyone else seems to love the place as well!

Great lunch with large portions and reasonable prices. The prime rib grilled cheese was awesome, way more meet than I expected. The staff was also very friendly.

A great restaurant whether one is grabbing a quick lunch or celebrating a special occasion with a large group of friends. Attention to detail is evident everywhere, especially in the menu, be it the size of it or the carefully selected items on it. Service is always top notch and the bar is good for hanging out and enjoying drinks.

The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that I didnt get a picture of my meal. I rarely finish a plate of food when dining out but I actually wanted seconds. This is not a place for people on a budget, but if you have the extra cash, do yourself a favor!

Went during Sunday Brunch. Pros: had a really good cobb salad and service was decent. Cons: the place is a bit pricey and several food items did not correspond: the shrimp cocktail appetizer was $15 for 4 shrimp, the omelette was nothing special and the side potatoes were bland. Lastly my friends meal had to be sent back due to being overcooked, this was remedied fortunately.

Wonderful experience at Trios! Alex was professional, attentive and courteous. Restaurant was clean and smelled good. Bathroom clean and well maintained. Hosts were friendly. Food was delicious. I had the Trio Burger. Plentiful burger that came with honey Dijon mustard and a sizable piece of ground tenderloin. You could tell it was a good piece of meat. I also really enjoyed the beet salad cuz I like beets. Came with pungent flavors including the red beets and goat cheese. Plus a citrusy diced Asian pear and a more mild diced yellow beet. Yummy! Kathy loved the Cobb Salad and the chicken was tender and had a nice char grilled flavor. The place was packed but we enjoyed immediate seating. Kathy wants to come back for our anniversary.

This was swordfish in a rich savory sauce with vegetables and a cheese topping. This place is quite reliable with innovative offerings very tastefully presented. Over the years have never been disappointed.

BILL was our server and he was ON POINT. All of my needs were met and my team was catered to...just as I had wanted. Thank you for taking such amazing care of us. 5 STARS hands down. The food was very good as usual, but Trio made absolutely no effort to social distance the tables. Everyone there was seated close together while part of the restaurant was empty. It seemed to be okay until several parties were seated around us. We will not go back to a place where they just do not care about protecting their patrons. The staff all wore masks, but that was not enough.

Ordered takeout and upon arrival the hostess was disengaged and appeared extremely dissatisfied. After arriving home, we noticed 50% of the order was missing and had to return for the remaining portion of our order. We most certainly should have checked order to ensure all was there prior to departing but that is the restaurants responsibility. The manager who provided the remaining portion of our order was also dissatisfied and extremely disengaged. Many other restaurants in area with much better customer service and good food.

You know the food is good by the constant stream of takeout customers. The decor needs an update but a minor quibble. Looking for a venue to host a celebratory meal- Trio is a solid choice.

I love Trio and always have. I worked there years ago and still continue to enjoy the connections I made there. As someone who has worked in this industry for over 20 years, you cannot find a cleaner facility. Trio is consistent and delicious. More importantly, if something is not right, they will make it right. The highest standards are upheld here, and they are passionate about educating their team on food and wine. This restaurant is a must go! The service was excellent and they will not force you out if you run over closing time. The set up is very nice and the waitress was willing to take my husband and I photo. Of course the food is amazing...we both ordered the salmon with different sides but it was constantly great. This is a place I would not recommend bringing kids, but definitely your wallet. Prices are not too bad, but worth every penny!

Love this place! My husband and I have been going here for years and the staff genuinely treats us like family. The food is always delicious and consistent. My husband typically gets their rotating special on the weekend and loves it every time. Moderately priced for the quality and service you receive. Great for families, groups, and usually can get a good reservation if a booked slightly in advance
