I was promised several promos in December 2020 on three new phones and a samsung watch that were not honored. Unfortunately the deals promised were not reflected on the receipt which only had full retail (should have paid more attention - I did take meticulous notes on the promises). I spent hours in the store over the last several months with no resolution (it should be fixed on your next bill but never was). I emailed the details of the transactions as I understood them to the regional manager twice, with no response. I would never ever recommend Wireless Zone. Beware!

Abbey was so energetic and on top of everything. She explained multiple options available to me and I ended up getting a new phone and watch. She answered every question I had in great detail and is really great at what she does!

Came in having troubles using my new phone and met with a sweet young lady name Leela. She was amazing in helping me understand my new phone. I’ve always had great experiences with this location. I highly recommend this location and Leela!

Leela Welwolie was an awesome help today! So much so that I asked for her business card. I enrolled my mother in a three month plan and she saved me $14.00 by checking my account. She’s pleasant, professional, and she deserves a lot of praise!

Hayden Bradley was my Horizon representative. He is exceptional at his job. He was very helpful, informative and a positive representative. I am totally impressed to keep smiling while taking care of 5 customers at a time.

Lamar Kendrick was fantastic to work with ! I did 3 transactions on 10/31/20... it took almost 2 hours to get it all done . He was patient, funny and friendly ! He even called his help team to assist him in getting my Apple Watch set up correctly . Another Verizon location told me they couldn’t transfer my stuff from my old device to my new one so I asked Lamar if they could do it and he told me they could do it . I will continue to go to this location for the excellent customer service and friendly environment. Thank you for being awesome Lamar !

I’ve been to two different Verizon’s today trying to pay my bill and ask questions about my account and nobody would help me. I decided to try one last store which was the Harrison Ave location before heading home. I met a sweetheart by the name of Leela. She saw how frustrated I was but was so nice and helpful. I really enjoyed her service and told her I’ll be coming to this location from now on because she was a doll and chatty. I couldn’t see her smile but I felt like she genuinely wanted to help me and try to figure out what was going on unlike the other two stores who acted like I was bothering them when I asked a question. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for good customer service.

We recently switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and started having problems with text on our BYOD phones. We went to this location and the person was working with someone. She asked what we came in for and after I explained, she said that she couldnt look at our phones because it would take too long and she didnt want to disrespect the customers in front or behind us that we should come back another day. Needless to say we wont be going back to that location.

Pleasantly surprised, walked into wrong store and was very pleased with my switch over.

This store works on commission and is not part of Verizon Corporate only a retailer! It’s all great when you buy something from Abbey but just try to return it to her or anyone else there even with your receipt! I was also within the 14 day window they try to push you out of. I was treated so badly, and verbally abused I actually called the police because of it. I was receiving personal texts from her about my account until 11 at night, unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed! I’ve made a formal complaint against her and the store manager with corporate. It’s really hard to tell who the boss is here! I’m so glad to be finished with this store and I would also refuse the Northbend location, it’s the same people, different day. There’s much more and I’m talking to an attorney now, but I’ve gave you an honest review! So from now on I will go to the Glenway Avenue corporate store, they have much better service and many more choices for devices and accessories in store without having to wait for something, because they are corporate, and the pricing is better too! As long as you have a receipt there’s no problems with a return, accept for accessories bought from these and other retailers, so stay with corporate stores only! Glenway even fixed my phone that Abbey failed to back up correctly without question. Professional with curbside and appointment times for your convenience!
