Couldnt find no hats i wanted they need more hats in the store asap

Lids is a cool store and I think the coolest feature is that you can monogram your name on to the side of your hat

Great selection, found a clearance hat that was my size and looks great! Thats hard to do for someone that wears a large or bigger size hat. The woman behind the counter was friendly and cheerful. Definitely recommend!

Great shopping experience. Great Staff. I spent a bunch of time looking and trying to choose the best hat and the store clerk was nice and kept asking if I needed any help. He was very kind and acknowledge everyone who walked in the store. I eventually found 3 hats I was excited to add to my collection!

Limited gear, personnel do not know alot about sports. Confused, they closed due to lost revenue because no one shopped there, then reopened to force a decent store Hats and more out of the mall

Ok so my son and I stopped in yesterday looking to get embroidered hats (his school + name and #, football.) went through the entire “write up” making sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted! Hung around for about 30 min just to make sure color/layout all that good stuff was on point.. process begins looks good .. ok well we’ll be back in a few too make sure all is going good, about 15 min later went back in. Annnnddd there’s a problem with machine. Had 2 associates looking into it (one being assistant manager. Long story short machine broke down, seems the 2 employees had it out-and the one walked out on the other!!! And assistant manager says if I can come back in tomorrow the manager would give me a better deal.. at this point we were in awe plus the fact kenwood is a stretch for us (were north, so driving was sketchy seeing how we thought we were getting them that day!) brings me to today... I call in (obviously saving me a trip, glad I did) not sure who answered phone but they was like yeah we’ll check back Dorothea week.... ... are you serious??? What a joke!!! My advice go elsewhere. Lost a good amount of money on this one! 20+ for hats (x2, one for me and one for him= 40 ish) add on embroidery services 10.99 x2 front and back again 40ish for both smh 🤦🏼‍♂️ hope this helps, shame it didn’t for us though.
