Was in right on appointment time very friendly at the front desk and the doctor was very good she explained everything so well and and asked if I had any questions it is a very clean office

Staff was pleasant and professional. They did an excellent on the actual hearing aids. They also had to deal with issues with the insurance company and kept me well informed. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. My appointment was for 1030 and I was called back right away no waiting time. I had a follow up hearing test which was quick, efficient and completed. All results were relayed back to me right away. I had a few questions about the hearing aid and those were answered right away.. Everyone I came in contact with took their time with me, very friendly And explained everything that was going to happen. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a hearing aid.

Several weeks ago I was fitted for new hearing aids. I am 65 years old and have had hearing loss since fourteen years of age. Most of my life I was frustrated and depressed, not being able to hear others speak to me. Since I have been using my new hearing aids the quality of my life has greatly improved. My wife doesnt have to repeat herself or be angry at me for being unable to hear. I can actually go to a restaurant and be actively involved in conversations! Beware of trial offers. If you don’t keep the hearing devices, they charge $50 for the hearing test, visits, etc. Completely undisclosed to me from the beginning.
