When lincare bought out my CPAP Supplier, they were quick to start shipping and billing me for a bunch of unnecessary supplies. I called several times to have this rectified and they kept saying they were sending return labels to have the items returned and credited back to the account, but they never did. Instead, I ended up paying over $200 for a bunch of supplies Ive never used, just to keep my account from going to collections. Today, I tried to actually purchase a specific supply and they were trying to treat me like a new customer despite having my information, and saying I needed to have a new sleep study done and doctor recommendation just for one part of my mask. The lady was not very professional who I spoke to, and her supervisor was worse. I would highly NOT recommend Lincare.

Have been a customer for 7 years. Called today to ask about reordering of my cpap mask. After waiting for 10 minutes, someone answered the phone. their phone system was horrible, I can barely hear what she said. I have to give a lots of information before she can locate my record, but when I asked for pricing, she does not know - How can an order desk did not know the prices if their items? She then transfered me over to the billing department, without giving them my info. So the night mare continued, this new billing clerk asked for all my info again, name, address, phone number and guess what she could not even find my files. So she rudely asked me to call back to the first number and not even trying to find something to help me. She quickly cut the phone call. I am looking for another suppliers to give them my money and get better service and respect12-21-2020 another SAD UPDATE with Lincare service (or LACK THEREOF) . Last thrusday, I called and talked with a person and asking to meet with the CPAP technicians about the fit of my cpas mask. I was told he was working from home due to covid and I had to leave a message. After waiting for 4 days without any call back, I called again and now am told the the tech is seeing patients for fitting. I must be getting old with hearing issues. just wasted 4 days of waiting for a never-came call back.

Their night time answering services are the rudest people i have every heard in my life my husband is in customer service and these people that are so rude should not have jobs . sad very sad that people that their life depends on them and they get cut off talked to rude and hung up on .wow. ! Unreal

The drivers and delivery people at the office are top notch. Thats why they got the 2 stars I gave them. But the Office Manager, Tonya, was rude and very uncooperative on a recent phone call. Originally, the Middleton office had serviced my oxygen deliveries and equipment. A little over two months ago I needed my tanks delivered to my office rather than my home. At that time Middleton and Cincinnati reached an agreement that Cincinnati would make the deliveries to my office which was in their area. They had made these oxygen deliveries to me for over 2 months, but today I called and she rudely told me that they would not make the delivery unless I transferred my entire account to her office. I am so disappointed that she would hold my vital health needs hostage.

I’ve called their Ky office twice for supplies. They take your order and they must ship it to Twilight Zone I would give 5 stars to Cincinnati Kim was great. Ky was ignorant.

The office manager is the rudest person! Never go to the location in Cincinnati, have them deliver everything. I would of walked away and changed suppliers if she had anymore to do with it.Jack

Do not answer phone calls or hang up on you. Wait on hold forever hearing how important your call is, stay on the line. After 20 minutes of that you just give up.OK, so I found the phone number for Lincares I CARE TEAM in Florida. They couldnt reach either Cincinnati or Florence offices via phone either, but sent a message. We got a return call in a few hours from the local office, and the rep was out the same day to replace a broken concentrator. Due to that Ive added 2 stars for their review.

Ive used Lincare since 2012. They have always been kind and caring towards me. I get my monthly supply call and my supplies are delivered on time. They are fast to deal with any issues I may be having such as when my feeding tube pump wore out. Nothing but 5 stars for Lincare from me and my family.Also, I like being able to order my supplies, do service calls, etc. online and their 24 hour hotline in case of an issue.Everything is in the customer/patient booklet on how to get your supplies. There is a national supply hotline and they send my supplies out.One should never have to go to the local office for regular supplies and no one should never run out of supplies. You can order supplies 10 days early if you want.

These guys are the worst. We have had them for a few years and every time we need supplies we have to stop at their location and pick them up. They only deliver on certain days a week. The one time they sent new tubes, they sent the wrong ones. We were promised that the right tubing would be brought the next day, and a week later it still has not shown up. After waiting a week I tried to call the local office, and the phones were not working. Called the national office who promised someone would call me from the local office within the hour, and by the end of the day no one called. Finally late afternoon I was able to get through and talk to a supervisor who promised someone would be out first thing in the morning and of course they did not show until noon. In the mean time I had to take my wife to the emergency room twice because she felt like she could not breath. These guys are terrible!

Worst place in nine years in five states to get cpap supplies. They dont even care. An example is they sat on my info after receiving it. Didnt offer delivery. Or address. Had to use reverse number look up to get address.Just assumed which mask l use. Didnt have what l need. Said be a week or so before they get it. Still didnt offer to deliver it. Or speed it up.Didnt care having issues w cpap. Because didnt get it from them.Do yourself a favor. And do not use them if you have a choice.

Ive been trying to cancel an CPAP Service Agreement but no one will answer the phone or call me back. Very convience for a business to renew your service contract every 6 months until you call reach someone to tell them that you want out of this Service Agreement.

Terrible experience today. Patient requiring oxygen coming home from hospital - Lincare did not deliver on time, we could not get through on phone, did not deliver correct equipment. Beware.

Gave them one star because I can’t give -5. Do do return calls, do not take care of (their) erroneous billing, hassle you to get supplies then mess up the order. I’ve reported them to the BBB and my insurance company.

Waited on hold for 31 minutes to order supplies before hanging up. Called Lincare I-care team number and was on hold for 18 minutes before someone answered. I mentioned the time wait and she seemed uninterested. Very unacceptable!
