The server Karlton is extremely jittery and way to chatty. He kept, reaching inside his pants, rolling his eyes, pacing back and forth to the restroom. We didnt feel safe. We decided to leave and go eat somewhere else!

We initially called and they inadvertently told us the car we were interested in sold. Im so glad we pulled in anyway as Kevin stated the car was still for sale. Picked up an 07 GTI for a fair price. I bought a minivan from them 2009 dodge grand caravan was told it had no problems that was untrue 2 months after getting it had to replace the abs mod in it about a month latter had to replace the wheel bearings tie rods back breaks rooters and calibers .I even said something to them about the van needed a lament and thay sent it to pepboys it was not fix I even brought to there attention other problems I noticed and was given a attitude and was told i was crazy and refuse to give back my money and was told to get a lawyer a 6500 doler van turned into a 9500 dollar van after I had to put in it over 3 grad to fix the problems and I still have stuff to fix valve covers leaks transmission pan leaks . Would never get a car from them again and Joe the manger is aa.. hoke who told me nothing was wrong and get a lawyer.

Someone i know bought a used car from here. they lied about countless things and left out make things still wrong with the car. they never got the salvage title changed to a rebuilt along with saying the brakes were new (which were almost not even there) along with a list of 20+ things the dealership did not tell him about. im disappointed and do not recommend buying from here. terrible experience.

Terrible business! They sold me a car with a LIST of problems which were not disclosed at purchase. They agreed to provide a new GPS system. When it finally came, it was not the system promised and it was installed incorrectly, so it doesn’t even work with the car. Also, a major oil leak occurred shortly after purchase. Again, not fixed when they said it was. When confronted about it, they simply said “not my problem. It’s the banks car now.” When we took it to our mechanic and they plugged it in to diagnostics then a huge list of issues came up! Shame on them for calling themselves a reputable business! Any good business would not knowingly sell defective cars! I’d never recommend this place to anyone. A zero star rating is more appropriate.

I do not recommend buying a car from this place. I thought everything was all good with my car and a month and a couple days into having the car it started giving me problems starting up. I went to pepboys to get an oil change and they told me I needed a new battery, so I brought one. A week later I’m driving about to turn at a light and my car engine light turns on and my car completely shuts off in the middle of the road. Come to find out I need a whole new radiator and motor which is more than half of what I owe on the car. I’m 18 stuck with a car loan for 4 years and I can’t afford to save up for a new car or even get my car fixed because all of my money is going towards this car. They took advantage because I was a girl & knew nothing about cars. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do the car was sold as is. Again please think twice before buying a car from here..

Unfortunatelly, a few years ago I bought a car from them and I honestly have terrible experience, I put more than 8 dollars into the car I have the paper work from all the repairs, which I pay like 7k for the car bought it in payments. They do not even check those cars inside and out, the car cant handle not even an hour driving, it is yes terrible experience the car cost me alot money, I will honestly will not recomend it to anybody yes becareful.

The best car buying experience I ever had. Nicole and the rest of the staff are fantastic. You tell them your financial situation, your budget, and they make it happen. I went to look to see if I could get into ANY car. Not only did they make it happen, but I was able to purchace the car on the lot that I loved most, and didnt think I could afford, or get approved for. I drove off the lot with said car, well within my budget, in about 2 hours. They also assisted me in getting new insurance on the spot after regular business hours. If you need a car, have bad credit, there is no better place to buy, and all of their cars are nice and fairly priced. They also all come with Carfax reports. They only have quality cars. This is also the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from there. No pushy salesman, and it had a family atmosphere. I am beyond impressed after dealing with 3 other dealerships. Majestic and their team are fantastic, I would reccomend them highly.
