We finally replaced our carpet on the staircase, through the hallway and into our master bedroom. I saw wonderful reviews about Brian on the Nextdoor website so I decided to call him instead of going to the larger stores. Brian was wonderful and his installers amazing! The quality of the carpet is so good I wish I had done my whole upstairs. (But way too many things to move😳). The installers helped us with moving our extra furniture around, thank you so much!! Over the last year like others we spent a lot of time looking at our home. We needed new carpeting! Called Family Carpets to replace family room and hallway carpet. Excellent experience start to finish. They had a great selection of carpet. Brian recommended a Berber replacement which was a wonderful choice. When he came over to show us samples and to measure, he also explained exactly how the carpet would be installed to make sure seems were agreeable to us. Installers did a great job. Bottom line: great price, great carpet, great service, great experience!!!

A few months ago I spoke with Brian to schedule a visit to pick out carpet and get it installed. Previously I got burned by a different carpet company few times in regards to showing up to an appointment so I read reviews thoroughly and was assured by all the positive reviews. I thought I had found my would be a carpet guy.Disappointingly, he did not show up for the appointment time promised nor answered or returned my calls. I was in a such a disbelief that I tried to contact him to find out maybe he had emergency of sort, but alas I was never able to reach him again.

About a month ago we decided to redo a room from top to bottom Naturally, we reached out to Brian at Family Carpets. The prompt customer was terriffic from my initial contact with Liz all the way through Brian in house visit. We picked exactly what WE wanted..no pressure, no higher priced carpet..what we wanted. Generally i dont take the time to post a review,But in this situation I felt it was well deserved.Family carpets was contracted to do the entire vacation home my family had just purchased. The sale and installation went very smooth. What impressed me, the following day i noticed a slight bubble in 1 bedroom, called them immediately.. They sent an installation team there same day, when does that ever happen.I would recommend them to anyone that needs carpeting.. Great Experience 👍

We are new to area and decided to ask our FaceBook community to recommend a local carpet company to help us re-carpet our home. We received the most glowing responses for Family Carpets. We understand now why everyone was so happy with them. The owner, Brian, does all the selling. Its so nice to deal directly with the owner. He listened and then gave us advice. He told exactly what day and time our installation would take place and everything was so smooth. Then my favorite part...there installers could not have been nicer and so neat. This is much different than the sub-contractors I have had in the past from the big box stores. Joe, the main installer took so much pride in his work. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for carpet and vinyl planking. It really is a old time family business.

Family Carpets did an install a few years ago for us. They were very accommodating, bringing samples when we were both home from work. The carpet still looks great. I would use them again without hesitation.

Brian came to my home with several choices in flooring, and was very knowledgeable as to the different products he offered. What I like most is that his company has been in this area for years and he’s very trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend his services!

Avoid this place at all cost. Owner salesman is rude and abrasive. Out to make most profits from selling cheap carpet. Installation was a disaster with missed original appointment. Then installed new carpet without cleaning dirty floor. Installed carpet has deteriorated quickly. Im writing this review to save others from my mistake.

Brian is a true professional who takes care of the little things. Only sells you what you want without any pressure.
