Haines has been around forever and their plants are high quality. I find them hard to get to because of their location on 130. But I hqppened to be coming home from the airport and took 130 going in that direction. I got a beautiful red Mum that was all buds, which is good. Its going to last through Halloween. Super nice people and someone to help you with heavy stuff. I think their prices are competitive.

The flowers were really pretty & healthy looking, a tiny bit pricy. Theres lots of insecticides & bird feeders. The gift shop was closed unfortunately, I dont get to this area often & was curious what they had. I wish the nursery store had more decorative things for the yard & house. I enjoy when nurseries have lots to look at in their stores.

The Gentleman that was working in n the tree area was very nice and helpful. I purchased (4) little small Crimson Pygmy Barberry trees there.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I got a ton of varieties of plants for a great price. This will be a our go-to for plants and garden supplies in the future.

Having a pool installed and the install was pushed back due to rain so I never ordered the sand. Installer puts me on their schedule and gives me 2 days to get sand. I call Haines who is already booked on the day I need it for. I explain the situation and they got me on the schedule and delivered for when I needed. Great service and the person I spoke to was extremely nice and accommodating. Will only use Haines for my yard/garden needs now

Great set up with alot to offer was about to drop a few hundred on landscaping stone until a woman that worked there walked up to us as we were looking at plants with our small 15 pound emotional support dog and was told were not allowed inside cause they have 2 big dogs inside. Excuse me the dog is registered and can go inside. We were there to spend money. Without customers you have no Business. Very very rude how we were approached. Never going back !!

Hanes farm & garden has anything that you may need for your garden or lawn. And its employees are top-notch, they know what theyre talking about.

Came in to see about getting some compost delivered, because no one has Bales of peat moss. (Something about a bad harvest in Canada). Lo and behold, Haines had the contractor 5.5 cu ft bags in stock! And mushroom compost! Even helped this old man with the loading. Thank you Haines❣️❣️❣️

They have wonderful quality of any outdoor landscaping need and excellent people who make suggestions and can assist you although its not always easy to color one because theyre very popular. They have a gift shop on the other end of their parking lot that they also run with some clearance items and all kinds of really unique decorations and mailbox signs and brica brack and just a lovely place to get unique things for your home.

Was treated very unkind by woman the Garden/veggie building. Had my support dog with me and was told I couldnt bring her inside due to her 2 big dogs. #1...my dog was a support animal...legal to take anywhere. #2....if you have people coming in and out of your business, why would you have unfriendly dogs there? I left..with my dog...and wont be back. Was trying to buy stone for my flower beds...but would rather give business to someone local who is nice.

They have the knowledge, wisdom, and know-how to ensure that you do the right thing and they source their products based on what works for this area.When you go to a big box store and your not sure what to do, just leave and come to Haines and talk to your local yard and garden experts.

Haines is a solid spot. I bought beautiful flats of snapdragons early in the season and they are so healthy and bright. Some of my tomato plants got infested with aphids and I was able to purchase ladybugs from Haines as a more natural alternative. I also really appreciate their selection of soils for indoor plants (but they dont have a lot of indoor plants, fyi).Basically, they have quite a selection of vegetable and outdoor plants.The staff will answer questions if you ask and are knowledgeable.

I love Haines! The quality is excellent and Im never disappointed. Id rather give my business to the smaller guy like Haines! I always look forward to visiting every Spring and Fall.

What a great place! We were driving around looking for a place to buy a live Christmas tree, and we stumbled accidentally upon this place. They had the perfect tree at a reasonable price. We even got lots of beautiful ornaments and decorations in the holiday shop. Also...the nicest employees ever! We will be back for sure!

I love to come here and buy my plants. There is a wonderful selection of perennials which are unusual and much different from the boilerplate offerings at the large businesses like Lewes and Home Depot.The annuals are very nice too. I love the Organic offerings. This is worth the drive from Wenonah.

Not great on customer service. Been going there for decades. Have always felt Ike theyre prejudice but they have Healthy plants so I ignore how I feel when I go there because I love my garden. They also have a big black (huge) dog that is very gentle and I like to see him when Im there.

My wife and I had purchased a Christmas tree last December from the Haines store. It was a clearance item and came with no guarantees. This was made clear to us at the time of purchase. After only a few days some of the lights went out in the tree. I contacted the management at Haines after the holidays and they immediately offered to replace the tree. We agreed to wait until the fall to make the return, and I am happy to report they kept their word and we picked up a brand new tree without charge. Because it was a clearance tree they really could’ve said no, but they didn’t even hesitate to make it right.Thank you to the folks at Haines. You have just picked up 2 new regular customers.

I have been going to Haines for about 16-18 years. I find their selection really good, their prices fair and they stand by their products. When I have special request, they make every effort to meet it. My Center City garden is populated mostly by annuals and perennials that I got from Haines. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Its tradition! Love that the farm is family owned! We get our Christmas tree here every year and love the Beyers doll display in the gift shop! Great place for Easter flowers too!

We live locally and absolutely love haines! Between the friendly service, even when they are overwhelmed with customers to the fantastic prices! Last year, I went to Lowes and got my usual vegetable garden plants. I had forgotten a few things and stopped at haines, not only were haines prices BETTER but the quality was better and everything bought from haines thrived where it died from lowes. Never again will I buy full priced from lowes and Haines is my go to
